Could hear people in the next room. Walls are thin. Was woken up a couple of times at night . Sunbeds on the beach with an umbrella are expensive, €50 per day for a couple. Not sure if this is part of the hotel though . They supply sunbeds by their pool.

Location is excellent. Right on the beach and 5 minutes from Palma. Breakfast was also excellent.

Property is not well maintained. Poor Housekeeping. Bedsheets not changed. Housekeeping skipped a few times. Spa massage is not upto the mark.

Other surrounding area was quite run down, hotel was very old or patched up in some parts. Noisy in the mornings with some drain work. The night staff when we checked in was quite rude

The room was not regularly cleaned although they made our beds every day. The bathroom and toilet cabins are not separated from the room, so it’s highly inappropriate for friends. Even in a romantic setting a person would like to enjoy some privacy in the toilet, so I don’t understand the concept.

Location to the beach is fantastic. Lovely cocktail bar on the beach and 2 great beach restaurants. The food at the pool is limited but good. Love bright room with great views of the beach. Fantastic breakfast.

The fact that on one of the days when I returned to my room staff were changing curtains and the mattress without informing me and I felt it was an invasion privacy and because of this I will not return....this was my 5 th time coming.Also quality of food at dinner had gone down from my last stay..you cannot have coffee after dinner which is normal for most Europeans.

It's a good 3 star hotel, not a 4 star. The bathroom is open plan with the room, so if you are in the shower, and the cleaner walks in ......Strange set up. Reception area, corridors and lifts aren't very nice.

Breakfast was excellent. Food was excellent. Bed clean and comfortable. Good room service. Requested a quiet room which was provided.

Nothing I didn’t like, but maybe the rooms could be a bit fancier, have a bit more character. I would have liked tea/coffee offered in the bedroom.

Value of money on the buffet breakfast and dinner. Feels like the pictures were a little mis-leading as pool is a lot smaller than it seems. Also the bathroom was not private. There's a massive gap with the toilet door and a badly placed mirror so you could see into the toilet area. Fine if your a couple or solo but if your staying with a family member or friend...could be really awkward.

Great location, lovely balcony and room service.staff were really nice and helpful. Room service food was great and value for money. Beach access and pool side seats are great for enjoying the sun. At night you can hear the waves and from our side view of the beach there was still plenty to enjoy

Unavailable parking spots. There is very few of them, like 2-3, and there is no possibility to make a reservation for one. Someone can easily skip from one balkon to another and enter the room, because the doors were broken, you could only shut them without locking. The vault was also broken. The doors on the bathroom doesnt exist, so you dont have any privacy. The chairs and the table on the balkon are plastic ones, it looked very cheap.

The workers are very friendly, kind, very lovely, smiling whole the time with a good english skills. The view is very nice. At the breakfast you have alot of different options, and all of them are great and delicious. There is only like 10 minutes of driving to Palma from the hotel. Near the hotel there is also few stores that could be useful. The beach looked very nice. There is a very nice smell when you enter the reception. Everything was very clean.

Dinner wasn’t so good because the first 3 days were ok but day fourth was same food till we left on day 9th and this was not good. We had to eat out from day forth because we can’t eat same food each night. That was disappointing.

We were there for 10 days, it would've been nice to get at least 1 sheet change during that time.

The location is great. We could see the beach from our balcony. It is close to all the major restaurants, beach clubs, bars and cafes. It is also 2 mins walk from the bus stop which takes you directly into the city or to Magaluf area.

Hotel next door was having some renovations undertaken,which impacted on the noise levels from morning until evening, throughout my stay. Advance notice,would have been helpful to prepare for the stay. In my opinión hotel 3* not 4*..Requires updating fir example flooring in room. Noted one of the pillars in main dining área was severally damaged; this wasnt condoned off. No international electric adapters available. Iron available on request; however had to return this as informed not many available to allow to keep through-out the stay. Found out through other guests that kettles were available on request. Would have been useful to have this included on the Welcome Leaflet .

Amazing location was delightful. Booked half-board stay.Wide selection of Fresf fruit, baked pasteries and cooked food. Staff were accomodating and hospitable.Friendly on interactions. Utilised Spa Treatments available and facilities-Therapist was very professional throughout. I will definitely stay again based on location and staff experience.

We booked a sea view room but got a partial sea view room. The balcony door wasn't working properly despite someone fixing it on our first night. The hot water was hit and miss. Bathroom wasn't extremely clean when we first arrived. Heating wasn't working properly because it only heated up one section of the room. The heating vent points to one direction so cannot heat up the bedroom area. In general the hotel is a bit run down.

The room is slightly dated and require up-keeping, noise isolation is poor.

The hotel is located at the beautiful Cala Major at doorstep, slightly outside central but reachable by bus in 15 minutes or less by car. Breakfast is rich and plenty of variety. The staff is kind enough to let us checkout a bit later.

The beach is not private, not everything was opened because of the season but i wasn’t expecting some facilities to be closed. The hotel is two stars for me not 4! The quality of the product inside the rooms is bad like the shampoo and tissues and other stuff The WIFI was bad, also no iron in the room.

I felt like the property itself could use some upkeep , like the actual rooms.. laminate coming up, stuff like that but honestly my room was nice and very clean and when you step out on the balcony you forget some little detail, or I do.. . I also feel like some people may be accustomed to having a more curtailed streaming service on the tv… Netflix or whatever . This is basic cable , but I’m here to relax and go to the beach and walk around and see the sights. If I wanted to watch tv I’d stay home.

The place was in a really good spot and right on the beach . They fed you adequately, but you know it is like hotel buffet food . That being said, there was really a great effort to provide a huge variety and you won’t go hungry for sure ! The staff was also really really great. The dining room staff were so on top of it and friendly and really worked hard . I read reviews about the cleaning staff not being on top of it but that must have been amended because these ladies were definitely on top of it .
