Missing room service. Outdated decor in common spaces and in room. Missing room facilities, no kettle, no iron, no complementary water. Details in room not working, like bathroom door not closing properly. Were not able to turn on AC upon request even when the room got up to 30 degrees. Opening windows is not enough when ventilation is lacking. The area is missing good restaurants, not a fault of the hotel but something to keep in mind.

Amazing views from restaurant, pool and room. Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Beach access. Pool bar drinks were good. Comfortable bed. Checkin and chrckout was pleasant. Pool area was very nice. Beautiful upkeep of garden and plants.

Nothing to complain about. Room cleaning was very thorough but often a bit later than ideal especially if you wanted a siesta after going to swim.

Excellent location just on the beach but also a with very good pool, great rooms, easy parking, very good breakfast. Very clean and very helpful staff. A really good quality hotel. Not at all cheap but you get quality for your money and we would certainly stay here again.

waitress couldn’t be bothered to make drinks by the pool bar. refused to make cocktails as she said it was too much work - so I guess they just had the cocktail menu for decoration. fairly dated in parts broken shower

could do with an uplift in some areas, pool fountain wasn’t working and the toilets by the pool were in an area that seemed to be under development. the spa was okay, again could do with an uplift. jaquizz outside was cold, lots of people liked this but I’d prefer it to be hot.

restaurant area is incredible, the interior is so nice and the views out are amazing. the staff running the restaurant were superb and the breakfast was next level. the lobby area is really nice too

This isn't at all about the hotel at all, but the comu could do more in terms of cleaning up the streets that run down to the beach. The streets had a lot of litter in the gutter including a surprising quantity of discarded masks. The stairs which led to the enjoyable walk to Lloret de Mar lfrom Playa de Fenals ooked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. They do a good job however, of cleaning the actual beach each day.

The staff were welcoming and professional. Breakfast buffet was extensive. The location of the pool to the beach and sea was excellent. The restaurant had a comprehensive menu and wine list.

Rooms very old fashioned. Maintenance not too good. Shower head loose. Air conditioning not working - only a fan which was fine for now but not in mid summer. Room cleaning service erratic. Water in minibar not replaced on several occasions.
