Minor issue: rooms keys needed to be reprogrammed multiple times. Street in front is temporarily closed due to repairs.

There was some construction on the street which was a bit inconvenient but not noisy. There was a bit of street noise from the people in the main area and bar opposite the hotel but the windows completely blocked out the noise.

It was a great room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. Very clean and neat. The staff were all very nice and everything was exactly as it was advertised. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the famous basilica and right opposite a small grocery store. It was next to a very nice and lively street with lots of shops. We were very happy with our stay and would return if we come back to Zaragoza.

The sleeping pillows were not very comfortable, but it is a problem I often encounter in hotels.

Hotel is very well placed, in the heart of the city. Room was clean and receptionist pleasant. We made check-in for our flight back and we send a copy of our flight tickets to hotel email address asking to print them. In less than 15 minutes the receptionist came with the printed documents (I was just preparing to go to reception for this matter). Small gesture, but I appreciated this. Many thanks.

Room was a bit warm, couldn't seem to change that except by opening windows. Shower was bizarre - almost designed to allow water to flow into the bathroom proper (which had its own drain but the floor didn't slope to it well).

Well located hotel for Plaza de Pilar and numerous cafes and restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Discounted parking payment via the hotel was easy and very handy. Quiet night's sleep after the interesting Holy Week parade in the street below around 9pm.

The hotel is situated at a few meters of Alfonso I street, so it's close to all the many tourist attractions. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is really good and close to multiple restaurants and bars. The design is modern and matches the pictures listed by the property, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It was a pleasure for us to spend our time here, I was impressed by the very good taste in decor and the attention to details. The concierge was helpful and kind. Indeed there is a noisy bar across the street, but if the windows are closed this is no longer an issue.

Street side room was very noisy from nearby bar. There is no control of the heat - it was very hot so we had to open the windows which made the noise worse

Very well located hotel. Perfect for exploring the city on foot. Good access by taxi and bus from Delicias station. The rooms were clean, tidy and suitable for a few days stay. Very good price (stay in February). The facility is worth recommending.
