Nothing to report except that it felt quite a compact hotel for the area that it was in. One of our bedrooms had no view except for a light well at the rear of the building.

Breakfast was superb and set us up for the morning. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout or one night stay and answered all our queries satisfactorily.

We were told that people who go there,do not stay @more than 2/3/4 days. In the room there was a fridge holding some water/soft drink. It was only for the stay day. If you wanted more you had to pay for them. We stayed 11 nights, and it would be a nice gesture to have replaced those drink,maybe every 5 days or so?

Cramped room for a 4-star hotel - too expensive for what you experience in the hotel room. We had dinner on one night in the hotel, but again, as a 4-star hotel, it was sadly disappointing - surely the meal should have been presented on warm/hot plates? Unbelievable really that we received a meal that was going cold within minutes.

We think that, for a 4-star hotel, it was expensive, although the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. The room was clean and well looked after, but, for a corner room, it felt cramped. If we had known the room would feel like that, we would most certainly have booked an alternative hotel. The room wasn't the size I expected. It was modern, clean and beautiful but on the small side.

I enjoyed the location of the hotel and the hospitality. We were welcomed and presented with extra gifts upon check in that we did not have to pay for. The room was small but beautiful with a balcony overlooking the area.

No towel rail in the bathroom, or glasses to use in the bathroom (we'd used the 2 supplied with the room for drinks and don't want to mix). Tissues would also be handy as toilet roll isn't great quality.

Breakfast was really tasty, with lots of choice and fresh food. Can be busy though as space is limited, so on 1 day we had to wait for a free table. Could do with a few more tables and staff to keep foods and crockery refilled. The rooftop bar was a great bonus as wasn't busy when we visited. Welcome drink and little nibbles were a welcome treat for when we arrived. Room was soundproofed from the road noise outside and nice view back over the old town city.

Hotel staff were exceptionally pleasant and active, requesred services are handled within minutes. I travel a lot and this was for sure the best stay ive been on so far. Would definetly visit again when in town.

Well decorated, great location in city centre, super friendly staff, the only thing needs to be improved is the duvet cover, it was two pieces of sheet sheets which packed the duvet in the middle. Two terminals were open, the sheets were always peeled off. That was uncomfortable

Breakfast was very tasty and good service. The location of the hotel was ideal for access to the old town and on a good bus route. Reception staff were very warm, attentive and welcoming especially Andrea and Guadiloupe who gave lots of tips for making the most of our time in Valencia. Guadiloupe was exceptional in organising a wonderful cultural experience at La Buleria, to see flamenco dancing and dinner. Bed was very comfortable.

Great hotel, well located to visita the city. I liked the style of the decoration, in the Spirit of art deco. All the staff is super welcoming. Special mention to Silvia, very profesional and helpful in advising about the spot to visit and some good restaurants. Thank you, I' ll come back for sure!

The only thing to be improved would be Benedict eggs. It is possible to get various type of eggs for breakfast and we were excited for Benedict, nevertheless it was not properly made at all, a small disappointment, otherwise perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff is very welcoming, it is nice to get a welcome drink and a cookie, also getting a couple of drinks free in the minibar was a nice surprise. Room is beautifully decorated, we could see the Quart tower from our balcony, we were happy and would gladly come back. Location is perfect and breakfast of good quality and variety.

An exceptional hotel with caring and very accommodating staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was one of the best we have had in a long time. The location is ideal with the Old City within easy reach. The room was comfortable as was the bed and the lighting enabled us to read in bed.

This hotel was a great place to stay and we had a great time. Guadeloupe was very helpful and gave us some useful tips on restaurants. Location is also very good, 10 min walking to old town or metro. Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Greater choices for meals other than breakfast.

Breakfast is a fantastic buffet. Many choices; including made to order omelets. Spacious seatings and leisurely hours for eating/ enjoying. Staff courteous and responsive. Storage of luggage before and after checkin and checkout.
