Car park too expensive (18 euro per day). Fairly high room price for a hotel without bar/restaurant (only breakfast). Airco in room not operational for ¨most clients do not want to have the airco on¨. Very strange, for airco can be switched on/off per individual room.

Since we had to park on the street , there was no luggage drop off parking place, so this meant a 5 minute walk dragging luggage

Room was too small for three of us (father with 2 teenage sons) and unfortunately they were unable to accomodate a request for three beds, and the double was to small for two of us. Bathroom was almost as spacious as the room.

Very friendly on check-in. Great location for going to the beach without paying to be "on" the beach. Near good food choices, even off-season (February). Good to have a pool, although we didn't get around to it since we braved the sea. Breakfast was good.

Beds are hard as bedrock. Soundproofing is not good, so bring your earplugs. We had the room with jacuzzi. Water was changed upon arrival, but it needs a good, good cleaning and chlorine treatment. Also general cleaning of the property could be done in a better standard. Even though I think it's up to Spanish standards...

The hotell is a nice, modern hotell in between older highrise condominiums and resorts. Room is nicely decorated and the jacuzzi is a great idea if it would have been cleaned properly.

Staff were friendly. Parking is available directly behind the hotel. The room was large and well equipped. The location was great, supermarket next door, walking distance to beach, plenty of restaurants nearby and Plaza Mayor/Airport 10 min drive away.

Unfortunately the room didn't have a kettle or a coffee machine to make drinks. Breakfast was very basic and not worth the money, although they make really nice coffee. Gym was super small with very little equipment.

I liked the room and the bed was very comfy. Friendly staff, good wifi. Nice patio area inside the hotel lobby.

Clarify on all listings the details for the airport shuttle so that people know it needs to be booked in advance and is only from the hotel to the airport.

We used this for an unexpected overnight stay after our flight was cancelled. I was initially very unhappy as we booked it from the airport specifically because Booking indicated it had an airport shuttle available; however, when I called to see about the shuttle was told it was only from the hotel to the airport and that they could not cancel my booking. We took a taxi to the hotel and it was about $15. The hotel itself is small but cute and charming and felt very clean and safe. The front desk staff were wonderful and it was within easy walking distance of a fantastic supermarket and several restaurants and shops.

Our request for rooms near each other was disregarded and 3 floors apart, and the pool in the picture is not quite the reality. Not an issue for us as we weren't going to use it, but would have been annoyed if we were.

The jacazzui was inaccessible and the pool was not very clean but i think maybe because the season was over.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Staff were all friendly. Rooms were clean, bright and the best shower ever. Location is excellent. As is the pool area. Bar/restuarant staff were very attentive and friendly.

water leaking in the shower to the floor, the shower head (also leaking and with irregular flow), car park being paid almost 20 euro per night.
