There really isn’t anything that we like it was all good for us

When we arrived it got off to a great start in the words of my better half fantastic she could put all her shoes and clothes away even the clothes she didn’t need to bring 😂oh and mine too it honestly has everything you need for eating and chilling with the brilliant outdoor area table and chairs and a chilling settee and then there’s the double bed for sunbathing when the outdoor lights are on and your sat with a wine or beer perfect you have easy access to the loungers and pool and bar which is run by friendly people and the guy Jaime who’s place it is very friendly and helpful

Nothing it was perfect.

Stunning apartment both inside and out, decorated so tastefully. Location is super. Supermarket is just around the corner, beach is a short walk away. Plenty of bars and restaurants on your doorstep.

It was all good

Beautifully clean, modern apartment in central position. Even though in a busy area no noise at all to disturb sleep. Great free Wi-Fi. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Outside space was perfect to sit or lay, with a private access gate to the pool area. Hosts always available should a problem arise. Very secure property in gated community. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment made us feel like home from the beginning. It’s centrally located, very close to restaurants and bars, shopping facilities and to the beach promenade and it’s very calm within the housing complex. As well it was easy to park a car. The check in was very welcoming and the tenant took time to explain everything including all his fantastic tips we got to explore the island. Thanks again for this great stay.

Nothing at all!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this wonderful apartment! It had everything we needed and more, Jaime was exceptionally kind and helpful and the location was great! The apartment is perfectly located within the complex, we got up early each morning and it was great to be able to bathe in the morning sun right next to our patio and then move to our private heaven around 10:30 when the sun reached the terrace:) we had sun on the terrace for the rest of the day and enjoyed watching the sunset at night👌being able to walk directly to the pool area was great and the pool bar was a nice plus. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun beds and a lovely heated pool. Such a plus when staying for 10 days to be able to wash clothes and towels and the large fridge and freezer came in handy. Plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by but the apartment was still quiet and calm! AC worked really well, the shower was so nice and being able to relax on a cozy sofa watching tv at night was lovely. Have to give the whole thing 11/10!👌

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and felt like home instantly. The apartment has nice little touches like both a filter coffee machine and a nespresso so you can have coffee your way, and the bed was super comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely everything!! Jamie firstly was a fantastic host, available 24/7 and obviously cares a lot about his property and guests. The wee touches were just lovely. The property has everything you could ask for in terms of amenities/ facilities, location and atmosphere. Everything in the property is brand new. The bathroom has a big double shower, hot water. The bedroom has plenty of space for clothes etc. comfy bed, air con (which is needed in the hight of summer). The kitchen/ living area has everything you would need to cook, every channel possible on tv, Netflix etc. Then the best part is the terrace, I spent so much time here enjoying the view and heat. it is just beautiful. You have your own wee private access to the pool which has a wee bar and a very enthusiastic cook/ waitress/ bar women, she is a great laugh. You must eat/ drink here. No issues with Sun loungers lots available and a very clean pool. And finally the location, it is situated right behind Leonardos bar - but you can’t hear a thing inside the apartment. Close proximity to bars/ restaurants and the beaches. It is genuinely the best place I’ve ever stayed.

This newly renovated place is beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. Intended for two people, it's very spacious and perfectly laid out. Kitchen facilities are all readily available, with a great working induction stove and a large refrigerator that has a nicely sized freezer as well. A good size dining table. Bedroom is air conditioned, and the bed is comfortable - very beautiful as well! There's a nice sofa in front of a large flat panel TV with crystal clear Netflix, HBO and more channels to choose from. It even has a nice soundbar with a sub. However, the outside large terrace is the real gem - a good size dining table, a large sofa with a table and very spacious sunbathing area. And then there are only a few steps right from the terrace to the awesome swimming pool area, which apart from the heated swimming pool also has a small bar and restaurant. The location is also great, with only a three-minute walk to the beach and large number of restaurants all around. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Nothing. Everything was perfect

It has all the comforts of a luxury hotel but in an apartment. Everything is completely renovated and new. The bathroom is spacious and bright, with a large shower that can fit perfectly for two people and with a powerful flow of water, perfect to start the mornings. The room is spacious with a modern closet and a very comfortable bed. The window is soundproofed and with a blind, therefore, you can't hear anything and there is total darkness to sleep. The kitchen-dining-living room area is very spacious and functional. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances, there are even three types of coffee machines: Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso. The sofa is perfect for relaxing evenings watching the giant smart TV where Netflix and HBO are included, plus hundreds of international channels in multiple languages. The other 50% of the house is made up of a magnificent terrace with a view of the sea , tropical palm trees and the sunsets right in front of the terrace. The apartment has direct access to the pool and it is like having a private pool. The terrace is incredible with a solarium area, a relaxation area with two giant puffs, another outdoor dining room perfect for outdoor dining, and a chill-out sofa area. As for the complex, it is not new, but it is very well maintained and with large gardens and everything is very clean. The pool is heated and has a small bar perfect for eating on days you don't want to cook. The complex is located in the heart of Playa de Las Américas, so everything is close: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, even a golf course… very comfortable and accessible to get anywhere The seafront promenade is just a two-minute walk away (in fact it can be seen from the terrace) and connects with up to 10 beaches: 4 walking towards Los Cristianos and 6 towards Costa Adeje. The owner was very friendly and always willing to help.

I think this is the most comfortable and beautiful apartment and place in Tenerife. Very friendly owner he took care of us when we lived here restaurants bars and the ocean very close. The apartment is new,very well maintained everything you need all kitchen utensils, big TV, Netflix and everything else. We will definitely come back here!

the appartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. it was comfortable and had brilliant bathing facilities. the location could not be better with nice views. it was probably the best appartment we have visited in Tenerife. Jaime the host was also brilliant, he contacted me via text to ensure we had everything we needed.

I wouldn’t say it was quiet and peaceful there is traffic noise, bar noise and the bedroom window is above the pool bar so a bit of noise from there too. When it rained the lounge area flooded and we had to sweep it out and block the patio door with a towel, obviously not a common problem when the weather is good and the owner was aware. Not to happy about the terrace cctv camera.
