I did not like at all the breakfast. Please change the receipt of the omelette, as it too sweet and not tasty at all. Also there is lack of fresh vegetables, fruits and croissants also were very fat and not delicious. But overall ignoring the rude lady and breakfast, the hotel is really beautiful and with a great location.

The hotel is really nice. We had a big clean and cozy room. Just one thing that the eucalyptus smelled awful, as it was old, please do not put it in the vase or keep an eye on it. My husband also liked the SPA. The Russian speaking lady Viktoria was also kind and attentive in comparison to Spanish lady in the glasses with the black frame (she was very rude). She screamed at my husband like: ZAPATOOOOOS - and in the 4 star hotel the personnel should speak kind and respectfully to its guests.

Beautiful hotel. Fabulous rooms and very comfortable chairs on the balcony. Great location and breakfast. A big thank you to Beatrice and all the staff. This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely be back. 5 star treatment all the way..

The rooms didn't have any tea making facilities or a bath. The hotel bar and restaurant were all closed. The WiFi was quite poor. I had a massage which was OK but the room was absolutely freezing so it was a poor experience.

Really large and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful..the hotel is very well located, a short stroll to the beach and a 10 minute walk into the heart of the busier eating spots. A swpie card needed to gain entry to the lift and rooms. 24 hour reception. Nice pool area also.

The hotel was amazing right in the centre of everything with an amazing spa and the rooms were stunning full waterfall shower in the room plus they are upgrading more rooms that should be completed by February 😊. Victor was amazing on the front desk so helpful and genuinely so good humoured which is very hard to find nothing was to much trouble 😀 I can't wait to go back see you soon victor 😊

There is an overwhelming fragrance of the hotel when you walk in the door, like insense burning. Our room had quite a bad smell coming up through the drains due to rain. The staff did action this as soon as we told them by placing a bleach down the drain which stopped the smell for 24hrs but it did come back which wasnt pleasant. I booked the hotel for the spa however it is tiny and in the basement of the hotel. Not very comfortable when there is 3+ people using it.

Loved the location of the hotel - very central to get around and close to the beach. Staff were also amazing from the moment we checked in to leaving. Bed was very comfortable.

I stayed on a Sunday night and unfortunately the spa facilities are not open on Sunday afternoons or all day Monday so I was not able to use these facilities.

No bar area, we like to have a late night drink after the day out. The staff would oblige and make us whatever we wanted but we then had to take it up to our rooms to drink
