Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our first visit, absolutely amazing hotel, polite helpful staff, really liked the dinner menu in the Grill restaurant, not so keen on the dinner menu in El Patio, although lunch menu was more acceptable to our food diet. Breakfast was unbelievably good, an amazing food selection, best we have ever seen at any hotel. Our room was very nice, clean and well luxurious. We visited in January so not best time to use outside pool, Beach Club was understandably closed, but looked fantastic.
