Value for money… and there was relatively little acoustic protection so a considerable amount of hallway noise was present.

Having a room with a view onto the small plaza meant that there was a lot of noise in the street very early on a couple of mornings when delivery vans were making their rounds.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location and room with a wonderful view onto the small plaza. Breakfast adequate and well organised, again the staff were very helpful in meeting our requests.

night in Valencia, and we couldn't have chosen a better place than this charming hotel located in the old town. Before arriving, we received a warm welcoming message, which set the tone for our visit. Despite arriving early, we were delighted to be informed via WhatsApp that our room was ready ahead of schedule. This level of attention to detail really impressed us. The hotel itself was sweet, well-decorated, and full of character. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, providing us with a great boost to start our visit. We are very thankful for their hospitality. The breakfast was superb! Such a thoughtful experience made our stay in Valencia truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The storage in the room was very unsufficient (room 206) We could not hang all our clothes, no drawers at all, no coat hangers on the wall. Same in the bathroom, no storage possibility at all. The breakfast was ok, but complicated. 3 step breakfast??? They want to serve all by themselve, with long duration as consequence. Why not put the drinks to take them yourselve? It makes the staff run like hell, losing time for the rest.

Lack of table space, tiny bedside table, useless and tiny table in corner with coffee machine etc and tiny lamp, no where to put anything. Also, my husband had eggs Benedict for breakfast. He had to send it back as the white of the egg was transparent and watery, completely inedible. The waitress returned with it and said the chef said this is the way it should be, he declined but was annoyed, they offered something else but everything took so long to come we didn’t want to waste any more time there.

Breakfast was different to anywhere else with 3 stages, croissants, cooked food and fruit with yogurt. There was no ordinary cereals or ordinary toast. It took a bit of getting used to.

The staff were very friendly and the room was pleasant. Towels were replaced every day. There was tea and coffee in the room along with nice little buns. The hotel was centrally situated and it was possible to walk everywhere.

I liked the location of the hotel. It's in the center of the city and most of the sights are within walking distance. From the terrace you can see the "Museu Nacional de Ceràmica" and yet it was very quiet in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and accommodating - I asked for some restaurant recommendations and was given a list of great restaurants. The rooms were very clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The breakfast was also very good and offered a large selection. What I also really liked was that they had gluten-free products!
