The property itself was really nice, location right by the beach, however the room (double bed for two people) was very small and didn’t really look like the one on the pictures. It was clean but small. Unfortunately when we booked there wasn’t a room available towards the ocean with nice view so we had a view towards the neighbour hotel, only a little street seperate the buildings, so unfortunately it was kind of dark in our room.

The lobby was very modern ! I think it’s a little inconvenient that you have to go down the stairs with your suitcases, especially if you have large bags. There is an elevator but only for a wheelchair.

I got the dark room which was pretty disappointing. If you are a coffee drinker don't expect to have coffee in your room, they don't offer it. Only tea bags are available. I approached a staff member about the fact that I don't drink tea I am a coffee person and I would like to have it just after I wake up can I have a coffee instead, the solution wasn't made, instead I was told to go and buy one:) I don't have a problem with that at all, just think for the price of the room coffee definitely should be counted as a basic must-have :) and customer service could be a bit more helpful and understanding;)

Place was very clean, and the location was amazing. Just at the beach, 30 min from Girona airport. Close to the shops and if you planning to walk around..plenty of places to see and discover

Doors & Windows in room 204 were a bit stiff can be hard to operate, Bin men can be noisy at 1am when emptying bins but if you can sleep through things you won’t hear it so not really the hotels fault

Room looks like it hasn't been maintained since it was built. Bathroom falling apart (literally), water leaking from sink, shower so calcified that water barely comes out, lamps and fixtures broken or so poorly installed, that they are hanging sideways, air conditioning doesn't work, beds must be a decade old, as there was a literal whole in them where the body sinks in. Extremely uncomfortable beds.

My room was nothing short of perfection. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with luxurious amenities. One of the highlights of my experience was the culinary offerings at the hotel. Every meal was a culinary delight with very friendly staff in the dinning room.The views of the beach during breakfast were amazing. The amenities at the hotel are also top-notch. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed and it was exactly what I needed!

Great place and friendly staff! The pool was not ultra clean but it was ok The breakfast was the BEST! The parking is super expensive so be careful about that.

Lack of parking close by was very disappointing after a very long drive. The car ended up being parked so far away that it caused me to be uneasy overnight.

Room was a bit basic. Not exactly as shown in the pictures. But other amenities bypassed the room. Parking is a but of a hassle but it's just how the city is.

Good, courteous and efficiently run hotel. A wide variety of breakfast options to cater for a wide range of tastes. We were fortunate to get a comfortable room on the north side away from adjacent building work. Nice promenade outside and a ten minute walk from the bus station. A range of restaurants nearby.
