Absolutley nothing!

An enormous room with an equally enormous terrace with view across the river and to the old town with table and chairs. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet with hot, cold, savoury and sweet options; a delight. Dinner this year was better than the year before; good produce well cokked. The menu included water and a bottle of wine for 2. Located 2 minutes from a free car park, 5 minutes walk from the escaltors that take you up to the old town and 10 minutes from the train station. The staff are exceptional.

The hotel was far better than its three-star rating, better than higher rated hotels that we stayed in. We had a large corner room with balcony. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and eager to please.

Great place to stay in Toledo. Close to the entrance to the old city. Very good breakfast and the room we had was large and had a big terrace. The hotel is opposite the bus station and close to the train station. We would stay here again.

The access to the underground car park is very narrow and I managed to scratch my car when leaving. Being charged 14 Euros per night for this type of car park is way out of order.

Minor gripes...it would appear tea/coffee making facilities are no longer de rigeur in hotels. The air con switched itself off at night when most needed. There were no chairs in the room. I would stress these are minor issues in comparison to the benefits of a stay at this hotel.

The room was very spacious, very clean and comfortable. It had the benefit of a very large balcony and superb views of the historic centre and surroundings. Ideally situated at the foot of the historic centre with very convenient access via bus, taxi or escalator if on foot. Room service was quick and efficient. The hotel appeared very new and thus facilities were first rate. Highly recommended for those looking to stay in Toledo.

Warm welcome, good information to visit Toledo (what a wonderful city). No airco but sleeping with the window open. Not a lot of noise outside. Nice breakfast. Allowed us to us the garage till noon on the checkout day.

The hotel is close to the old city. ~5 mins walking to the escalator climbing up the city wall. Hotel offers paid on-size underground parking which is convenient. The garage entry and the parking space are a bit tight for a bigger car. The optional breakfast was really great with a lot of choices. Front desk staffs are very helpful.

A room this size could easily fit another chair. Also missing was full length mirrors. The room was incredibly hot when we first arrived. Turning off the heat and opening the window helped but we had to keep the window open all night. Fortunately, it's in a quiet location so we slept well. .

The bathroom smelled funky, must be the drainage. The room felt impersonal although comfy.

Be prepared for a long climb to the heart of the old city. I discovered a very long escalator that only the locals seem to know about!

Great room, all to excellent standard.. Couldn't have asked for better apart from inner courtyard outlook. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Location at the base of the old town, which made it that more accessible. Hotel underground parking. I took the Le Petite Train Tour. This was very worthwhile and good value.

Room was cold when checking. Shower and no bath. Very small parking: not easy to park and my car is not big.

Room: big, quite, very clear with a very large terrace (corner of the building) and the sun in the morning. Easy access to the city on foot. Cheap parking
