We believe that sunbeds on the beach area should be included and not charged for as extra. There is a practice of reserving sunbeds on the front row seemingly for random guests and many remain empty for the day. This seems a little discriminatory. Some of the beach towels and sunbeds around the pool could do with replacing

I liked everything, the room, the restaurant, the breakfast & dinner, the pool, the close proximity to the beach & bars, the proximity to the railway station for Malaga, the proximity of the airport. The hotel is spotlessly clean and I won't hesitate to book again. Fabulous.

We were on The Level. Would have liked more choice of drinks during the day. Maybe some spirits, e.g gin, vodka and Bacardi. Whilst it was appreciated and we upgraded to The Level because of this, we were fed up of cava and wine after two days.

The suite we were staying in was lovely and a few small issues that would just improve rather than cause major concern. - The placing of the fridge, coffee maker and kettle was unsafe, so if we wanted to use the kettle we had to balance it in front of the fridge which was dangerous (especially if you have children). - We were late checking into our room because it wasn't ready despite arriving on a very early flight and informing the hotel we would be there from check in at 2pm. Prior to arrival we checked that we would be able to access the room on time to decorate our friends room and add some wine, we were told that they couldn't do anything (fair enough) but check in at 2pm would be fine.

The hotel is beautiful and I would definitely return. The location is great for accessing both Torrimolinos and Benalmedena with lovely walks to both resorts and the old town. The hotel itself was great, the pool area was clean and tidy with incredible views. The balcony (we were in a suite) also boasted great views and was large enough for the 4 of us staying. The breakfast....yummy! So much choice, fresh and had everything that anyone could want for breakfast and great time slots too. The Beach Bar was lovely, good was great, service was fab and the food was amazing. A really relaxed atmosphere and staff were friendly.

The Sunbeds are so close to each other there is no pace to put a bag in between the beds. On the rooftop most of the sunbeds were blocked with nobody on them for hours. This should be monitored by staff and not allowed. Very small elevators.

Breakfast choice was very good. Luggage taken care of for storage by staff.

Loved the roof terrace with pool, selection of different seating and restaurant. The staff were great, very friendly and sufficient. Stayed four days and spent every afternoon on the terrace there overlooking the ocean.

The only thing that wasn’t great was on the last day we had to evacuate the hotel due to a fire which we later found out was a drill which other people seemed to know about

The hotel is not very child-friendly. One of the days it was raining and my 4yo wanted to go to the inside pool, but children were not allowed in there. A lot of older people staying, which gives it a different vibe for young families like us.

Staff very attentive and kind, always happy to help. Food variety and quality incredible, specially for a buffet! Great beach facilities and restaurant.

We paid quite a lot of money for the upgrade to the 'Leve'l which included snacks and drinks through out the day, but the snacks were very poor, and the main drinks were only available from 7-9pm which was a real disapointment when you pay such a premium for this sort of service, especially when on holiday.

The breakfast and view from the 'Leve' was exceptional, and the staff were lovely, polite and professional.
