The lady at the reception was not very friendly. If you book for 2 adults and one child (5 years old), you will not get a special bed for the child - either one big bed for all or two small ones.

It was an interesting experience to stay in Monte Carmelo. Staff is very helpful, all the services are high quality, and its location is excellent. Sevilla is a great place to visit and to live as well.

We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was just perfect. If we go back to Seville, we would once again stay here. - The location is close to all major sights, but still quiet - The room was clean and had everything we needed - The bed is very comfortable, we slept well - Great selection of breakfast - The staff is really kind and polite, and answered all of our questions

However there were no options available for dinner near the hotel. The only really good options available were in Triana which is a 20 minutes walk from the hotel, which can be tiring especially after you’ve spent an entire day sightseeing. It will take same time even if you use the public transport.

The location was close enough to all the tourist attractions.

The hotel was excellent. Great location: 15 min on foot from main attractions, close to many shops, restaurants and cafe's. The breakfasts were extraordinary: great variety of choices, everything fresh and delicious. The room was clean and comfy, quite spacious. There were double glass windows thanks to which it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff polite and friendly. I would certainly recommend!

I spent in Seville 2 nights and room was super comfortable. Location could not be better as is very close to old town. You should book a parking in hotel parking place as the space in garage is limited. Hotel staff even provided to me assistance to drive out of steep parking in garage. Thanks for this!

Very good hotel located near the centre of Seville (around 10mins walk). The room was great with a lot of amenities and was super clean. The bed was very comfy. Plus point is the hotel has a parking although you will need a small car. This is great as we found it difficult to find a parking slot near the centre of Seville.

Friendly warm helpful staff. always someone in reception. Felt like a safe hotel too, there are double entrances, and strangers can’t come in, so it is secure. Excellent location, family friendly, solo travel friendly. The area is mainly locals, and it feels authentic, atmospheric, and a safe area. Supermarkets close by. Walking distance to the bridge and the centre of town. Plus a great spot to explore this wonderful area too. The room was large and spacious; quiet, with double windows; and clean. Slept very well here. There is also an electric kettle for tea. Plus, a fridge!

Well just one thing. If you bring your own car, make sure it is not too tall, or it will not fit into the garage.

Excellent room, large and super clean. Lovely breakfast and brilliant location. I must emphasize the super treatment received by all members of staff. They were just great. Helpful and polite in the extreme.
