We had a loud neighbour, but it wasn't that bad they went to sleep sometimes;)

The apartment was nice and clean,with friendly staff. Good location for access to the beach and near restaurants and shops. Swimming pool,breakfast, and spa available;)

There was plenty of options for breakfast - fruit, cold meats, cereals, pastries, yogurt, but could have been more warm options.

A lovely hotel, in a great location! The hotel is a little small, but the staff were super friendly and nice. The pool is perfect for a quick cool down. The room was nice and clean. We would stay here again!

The rooms need a refurb, looking worn. Very dim bathroom light. No full length mirror. Outdoor jacuzzi is drained & out of service at the start of the season ( May)

The lady at reception gave us an upgrade as it was my 40th which was very nice! Also We didnt get to use it as it was a very short stay but they have a lovely pool area and other lounge areas availble.

roof terrace in need of new beds and revamp and hot tub not working in "spa hotel" ,same as it wasnt last time ,tips to make me give 10 next time bigger shower towels and fix hot tub also as we had superior room with large terrace I think those 2 rooms could have 2 sunbeds plus a settee and table instead of current arrangement of 2 chairs plus settee and 2 other chairs to make them worth the extra money for those 2 superior rooms

All of the staff fantastic as is central location between torremolinos and benalmadena centres ,comfy clean bedrooms with aircon in price,no towels left on sunbeds all day with no one on them and adults only pool towels and kettle available at reception ,location to montemar alto railway station which is 7 mins walk down hill , transfer straight from airport easy and cheap ,around 2 euros each ,do advise taxi back from round corner which cost 5 euro back up hill to station if you have 2 cases...would stay again without hesitation

pool area looked a bit tired and sun loungers need new cushions paid for upgrade to room with balcony but couldn’t use it due to building work nearby

Only thing I didn’t like was the fact you can hear everything outside while in the room, especially the bin men collecting the bins at 3am.

Location is brilliant, one street back from the beach. Staff were great and it was very quiet in and around the hotel.

There was no a mirror and no chair in the room.

Good location, 200 meters from the beach, walking area, bars and restaurants and 400 meters from the public bus station. Breakfast was good.

The weather! Unfortunately it rained quite a bit and it limits what you can do. Nothing the hotel can do about that I know. The outdoor jacuzzi was not in use, might have used that if it was. We were offered and paid for an upgrade to room with balcony facing onto pool. Unfortunately there was a building site at that side also and renovations ongoing to neighbouring hotel also at that side

Good location close to the beach and good selection of restaurants. Good choice of food at breakfast.

The air con did not work during my stay

Well decorated room with modern bathroom and large TV and good internet with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location 5 minute walk to bars restaurants and the sea front. 15 minute walk to the train station. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Also a small bar

could have had more coffee in the room ....one normal coffee and one decaf !!!! for 2 people no English news channel on the tv.(BBC Sky CNN) most people like to catch up on the news in the morning or events of the day in the evening. most people understand English even though I am Swiss.

It is very clean, and staff are helpful and friendly the hotel is in a good location, 2 minuets from the Beach and shops , Bathroom was a good size and had a Beth tub in it. all in all a very satisfactory stay.

Walls seem to be very thin as we could hear every movement of furniture or flushing of toilet.

I find price for SPA the way too high. In all hotels where I have been the SPA is normally included if you stay in the hotel. To pay additional 60 euros for 1 hour I find the way too much. Was choosing this hotel because of the SPA. At the end could not use as price was very expensive.

The hotel is clean, room is big. It is next to the beach and the swimming pool is lovely.
