Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdompaying for room safe, paying for pool towels, having paid for a room suite these costs felt silly and unnecessary there was too much to piece your breakfast together, so many places to visit to get toast, eggs, coffee etc, by the time I sat down it was cold. we have been here twice before so clearly we do like it but the food did not seem as good as previous visits the room we stayed in, bath tub didn't work, bath plug didn't work. telly didn't work, fridge didn't work, it felt tired

The breakfast buffet was excellent quality and varied, in a very nice restaurant room. Common areas, garden and pools were very well looked after. So close to the beach, and quiet this time of the year. We saw the sun rising over the sea. Very easy to get to Malaga. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Great hotel with lots of lovely features. Nice big bedroom with very comfortable beds. Very nice clean Spa everything working very relaxing. Paco on reception was very friendly and helpful. The Flamenco show on a Wednesday night was absolutely fabulous. Best I’ve seen.

We stayed there from 27th Dec till the 2nd January. The atmosphere was amazing. The new years eve Gala Dinner was nice but very expensive.
