Excellent location, very kind and helpful staff really without exception, all of them! Comfortable room, with great size - which was important for us as we were 3. Also very clean, and well equiped (hairdryer, tea, coffee, toiletries) Of course, don't expect spectacular views, but the location compensates fully for a city stay. I would love to stay here again!

The shower was not very well isolated, so you always have the bathroom floors covered with water, especially in the toilet which is connected

Situated 20m walk between city centre and the sea side. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Welcome kit included everything and more, small details make difference! The staff is amazing, welcoming and really friendly.

The shower head didn't work; maybe my fault. The lighting was a bit too harsh for my liking. The addition of dimmer switches would provide a better atmosphere. These, however are minor points in what was a memorable stay.

Spacious room, tastefully decorated and furnished. Everything you will need for a short stay. Mini-Bar, kettle and potable water which can be replenished at reception. Comfortable bed and desk convenient for laptop use. Plenty of plugs. Very convenient for supermarkets. The reception process is calm and efficient. I was not feeling great when I arrived but left feeling much better!

Would have liked a coffee machine in room.

Location was really good. Bus stop outside the hotel that went to beach and old town every 10 mins. 10 minute walk to city of culture and science which is a must visit. Staff really great.

There was a drain smell in the room due to the old building and plumbing, however, the housekeepers made a valiant effort to cover the smell and the A/C should always be on

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was really close to a bus station (less than 5 minutes) and we could get to the center or other areas (Oceanografico, beach) easily.

As with all other hotels in Valencia, it's expensive during Las Fallas.

We stayed here for Las Fallas 2024. It's a great location for this. Close enough to walk into the centre, but far enough away from the noise to get a decent night's sleep.

Big thanks to the wonderful Russian-speaking girl who received us, very hospitably, cordially, kindly we were very pleased to stay here. The staff is always ready to help, a great spacious room, pretty quiet, the bathroom has everything you need, I liked that there was free water in the room, which could be refilled at any time. Very clean, beautiful rooms, great location, close to the metro. The breakfast is good: tasty coffee, ham, butter, cheese, boiled eggs, delicious cupcakes, fruits, everything is fine! As a recommendation, it would be great to add a kettle and cups to the room.

If you plan to visit the City of Arts and Science, transport options can be problematic if you head there from the hotel, as the bus routes do not align properly, so you might have to walk a while, but nothing too problematic.

It is a very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Good enough breakfast. I did not have issues with the noise while sleeping, the beds was comfortable and the room was really clean. I'd recommend this hotel overall.
