The hotel mentions about AC, but we did not have AC! We tried to leave the window open for air, but then mosquitos were annoying.

Hotel location is fantastic! It was great looking at the wonderful Zaragoza Plaza Der Pilar and to the gorgeous cathedrals from the windows (of our room). We walked everywhere and we also wre able to park our car at the hotel parking lot. It is very hard to find a hotel with parking facility (not public but private hotel parking). Hotel breakfast was really good with many options on the buffet.

Advertised to have air conditioning, but not available. Room was stuffy without air. Window would open, but warning that mosquitoes may enter if opened.

Location was great, walking distance to many of the sites. Tram stops right outside the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room decor is a little austere and cold with so much marble. But it wouldn't stop me staying here again!

The staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety to choose from. But what made this stay exceptional for me was the view from my room, down the length of the Plaza del Pilar and with three historical churches in sight - nearest is San Juan, then the famous Basilica, and furthest away the Seo. Magic. I have attached a photo.

Everything was spectacular!

High standard, extremely clean, exceptional breakfast with dished prepared by the chef. View on the Cathedral of Pilar. You could not find a better place in the old city of Zaragozza. Fantastic! The staff let us leave our car in the garrage for a couple of hours after check out. We highly recommend this hotel:)

The location of our room was on the first floor looking into a dark alleyway. Our friend travelling with us had a room on a higher floor. Considering our status with the NH hotels and booking.com we thought this would be an easy solution to have us all on the same floor. Not a big issue.

The rooms were very well appointed with beautiful modern bathrooms. The room was clean and functional. The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of choices.

It was extremely clean and the staff were excellent. There was car parking in an underground car park and it was positioned in a fantastic part of the city, with shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. A lovely city which will certainly visit again

Car park was tight to get into, cleaners were a little noisy in the morning.

Location was great, 24 hour check in, local tapas bars with late night opening which served us well. The local tapas bars were great value. Next to the old town

The lobby/bar area was cold and draughty, due to the automatic doors constantly opening and closing, and the bright lighting and functional furniture didn’t make it particularly inviting. So we didn’t spend as much time there as we wanted to.

Great location right next to the walls and the historic centre. Room was basic but comfortable, with a good breakfast.

Hand soap bottle was empty. The parking entrance is very narrow, a bit difficult to enter with big car. The restaurant was closed at evening but there are many ones arround.

Twice when I had to speak to reception staff they were not hospitable I stayed for over a week and spent my birthday in the hotel. A small present from the hotel on that day would have been a nice touch.

The location is superb. Room is pretty, view is great, close to transport and sights. Comfortable beds, pillows, cleaning is great.
