The property is in a good location, staff of reception were extremely helpful and friendly. Ana helped us with train tickets, and a male receptionist helped us with checking in and giving us all the info we needed. The cleaners came around every day and cleaned the room for us. Lovely stay!

A silly thing but the fridge in the room was making a lot of noise waking me up from time to time during the night

The staff was very nice and very helpful. I had to arrive 1 day earlier than expected and they did everything to make it possible. They suggested very good restaurants

Lovely friendly and professional lady on reception when we checked in and out ( same lady, I didn’t catch her name ). Lovely clean and modern room. Quite location. Also loved the secure underground car park.

It's not in the city center, but at a comfortable walk from all the sights. All was the way that we expected it to be. Comfortable and to our liking.

Room was small but very comfortable. Nice to have a bathtub. The hotel is not very new, but everything is comfortable and convenient. We booked late and were glad that rooms were available.

I had hoped to upgrade and pay for a bigger room but was told that there are no bigger rooms.

The hotel is located next to a little park, which can get a little noisy, but that would only be as issue if you were trying to get to sleep early (10pm). but that’s a small issue.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly, the room had everything we needed. we paid around €90 a night for the room and it was definitely value for money. the secure parking is underground and very secure. The hotel accepted our dog as they said they would for minimal charge. Really clean, really helpful staff, great value.

The air conditioning was not working and our room was about 30 degrees. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. We could open the window but the dog park can get noisy and there was little breeze which made it an uncomfortable night. The fan in the room was of no use and very noisy. Car parking was also an extra cost at €12.50 which I do not mind paying but was not informed of on the booking.com site. Making the stay more expensive.

The price for the dog was very good €11 and a bed for him and bowls for food and drink were provided in the price. The twin bed was very comfortable but would have preferred a double. The staff were excellent and provided all information when asked. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a good location about 20 mins from the old town. Clean and well priced.

Could have been closer to the centre, but was good enough and in a quiet area. Good if you need to take the train early morning though.

Comfortable and spacious room for a single, with big bathroom and good facilities. Only stayed one night but could recommend. Although its not really centric, its very close to the train station, only one stop by "Tren de Cercanias" and just 10 min by bus to the centre. I walked back in the night after meeting some friends and it was just over 20min walk.
