Excellent location, most attractions very walkable. The property was spotlessly clean with good range of snacks and drinks available in the communial kitchen. Breakfast was via a voucher each day at a very nice cafe just around the corner, top notch - Excellent friendly locals - Thank you Overall a very good experience and a brilliant city to visit.

The only downside is that it doesn’t have elevator so you have to go upstairs. When the luggage is heavy is not easy in my case Maria helped me.

Location. It is a basic still functional room. I enjoyed the common living room and kitchen with free cup cakes, water and milk. It does help when you arrive with take out food late night. Maria Fernanda is super helpful.

The room could have been more comfortable. A decent armchair and a desk and chair would have made the room much more inviting, and their was certainly sufficient room for both.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is quiet and laidback. And they offer snacks!

There was no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, just shower gel.

It was very clean, in a very good location. And we did enjoy and like the “kitchen” area, with coffees and some snacks.

Everything was great. Be aware they have a basic soap amenity so be sure to bring lotion, etc.

The whole place is kept so clean all the time and drinks and snacks always on offer. The staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size and location for the city, park, beach and public transport links was exceptional. Highly recommended

There were two single beds instead of one double bed

The room was noisy and some maintenance would be beneficial.

Bright room with a very comfortable bed and good facilities. The common kitchen was well equipped and invites to prepare food by oneself. The b&b is perfectly located at the green belt with connections to bus, metro or short distance to the city centre. The check in is easily understood and María was very helpful providing information upfront.

There was no work desk in the room, although it definitely had enough space to fit in one (sure, I had no problem to sit for a bit with my laptop in the common area, when I needed to... but I guess it wouldn't be that comfortable with more guests staying around, as the common area has just 3 small tables). WiFi Internet wasn't too good (fine to browse, not too good to jump on a video call). Also, having the room just next to the common area, hearing other guests in the morning just behind the door wasn't too great (though, it should not be a problem with other rooms, I guess).

Good location, good room, with a good size of the room and bathroom, nice common area. Loved complimentary coffee and croissants in the common area.

The shower drain was really slow, you had to wait for the shower caddy to drain from the last person to take a shower.

It was clean, very close to the Art and Science Center, they cleaned the room every day. We had a Commons kitchen with coffee, tea, water and some juice, also some pastries, enough for a morning snack

The Room was big and light and the bed was comfortable. The opera house and the Turia are directly in front. We didn't try it, but there is an Italian restaurant by the entrance. A very nice touch was the tea and coffee and drinks provided in the communal area.

Didn’t see any staff, but it wasn’t a problem as any queries they were quick to respond via messages.

Spotlessly clean with the comfiest bed! Also the communal kitchen area with tea & coffee making facilities with snacks & fridge full of soft drinks, was perfect when returning after busy day sightseeing with child. Have to also add, the b&b always smelt lovely on entering!
