avoid room 1. it is next to the entrance door and the bedroom window faces directly onto the street entrance. You wake up to the noise of each person who enters!

The room is quite small so keep that in mind of you plan to spend more time indoors. It's located in the basement but it has a small window high up below the ceiling (it can be opened though, there's a button).

This is perfect for a couple night's stay. The room is very clean and everything is new. Location is perfect, 1 min away from Gran Via in the very nice Chueca neighbourhood which is full of cafés, restaurants and clubs. There's no noise from the street but sometimes you can hear other guests slamming their doors. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to messages.

Nothing , it’s simple but has everything.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make feel welcomed. They helped with late check in and check out and gave great recommendations. The bed was super comfy, prime location and great service. Would easily stay again and would highly recommend!

Beatriz at the reception is exceptional, she is a very friendly and helpful. We had the room number 5 with a little terrace which gives more space and light. The hotel is new and everything works perfectly. They are in a quiet street in the centre from where you can reach all the interesting points of the city walking.

Our room could have done with a luggage rack, the sort of webbed thing that you can just put your case on. There are no cupboards/drawers in the room, so you've got to live out of your case - shame there's nowhere but the floor to put it. However, given all the positives, this wouldn't stop me from staying again.

Perfect location. Close to all the major sights, but set on the edge of a now very hip neighborhood, with great cafes, bars, restaurants, shops.. The hotel itself is just a door in a wall leading to a corridor of rooms. It's clearly recently been given a very neat, bright, clean and smart makeover. We had the room with the "terrace", a very small enclosed internal courtyard, and it was lovely, clean quiet and relaxing, wit a very comfortable bed. Given the cost of other nearby hotels, it was very good value.

The sleeping area was up a steep wooden ladder in a loft area that was about 4 feet high, so there was no way to stand. More than a bit unusual

Bathroom doesn't have a window, so it gets a little stuffy but made no difference to my stay.

This is not on the hotel but there his a high amount of prostitution in the area. As a 6ft 250lb man I did not feel safe walking at night by myself.

Stayed for 2 nights, but the wifi did not work for nearly the first full day and night, and there is no cell service within the room (as it's in a basement/garden level). This took way too long to rectify. There was also no iron or iron board in the entire hotel. Little insulation between rooms so you can hear your neighbors.

Bed was very comfortable and large bathroom and shower. Well-insulated from outside noise.
