We have stayed in some amazing hotels and this is one of the best Europe’s best.. Our room was delightful, staff we amazing and the breakfast was on its own enough to make us want to return

Beautiful hotel and room. Great location. Friendly, professional and helpful staff, happy to accommodate every request. The hotel restaurant is exceptional for both food and service. The hotel may not urge guests to try it - not wanting to appear “pushy” - but the dining experience is first class. Breakfast had everything one could want! Totally recommend!

A bottle of water in the room. There is no price list when not taking the full breakfast. It is a pity that there is not a little salon to rest after a full day visiting

This hotel was stunning outside and in. The room was a generous size and the bed ultra comfortable. The bathroom was also a great size. The location is central and the rooftop terrace looks out over one of the picturesque squares. Breakfast was amazing, a set price but you could order anything including champagne.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

It was what it was advertised as - a 4**** hotel. Comfortable beds, big fluffy towels lovely toiletries. Soundproof with doors closed. Breakfast was excellent thanks Ann. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was superb. It was a nice change to stay in a hotel that was as it was advertised to be. Plush and comfortable. We had an issue at the beginning as our room was very small but was sorted out quickly. Stayed in a standard room

Hotel,was not able to fix constantly changing shower water temperature. Offered to change rooms, however available alternatives were not suitable.

I think ideally we would have liked the gym onsite, but it was only a short walk to the sister hotel to use the gym.

This hotel was in the most fantastic location, right in the heart of the old Gothic quarter, surrounded by beautiful historical buildings. Only a few seconds walk from one of the main plazas and Cathedral we loved walking around the neighbourhood and staying out late knowing the hotel was so close. The room was exceptionally tidy with lovely toiletries, robes and welcome treat for us. The staff were incredibly helpful, making reservations for us and recommending places for us, for example the paellas cooking class we did. The roof terrace was stunning, peaceful and quiet with a bar service through the telephone.

The rooms need a better sound insulation especially close to the stairways (floors and stairs are made in marble).

The location was absolutely perfect. A grand entrance and a very thoughtful and tasteful interior set in a beautiful building.

Staff went above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Room was cleaned with new linens every day, turn down service with little chocolates at night. I stayed there for my birthday, and they surprised me with a bottle of Cava and chocolate cake. I thought that was so sweet Great location

The design of the room while appealing was not very functional in the bathroom and to a lesser extent the seating area.

Really enjoyed the esthetics of the hotel and room as well as the staff and location.
