The lock ion the bathroom door was missing. This is not such a big problem, but it is inconvenient for grown-up daughters who came with their little brother and dad. Water in the kids pool was a little bit cold for my little son. I thought it was supposed to be heated.

We liked breakfasts and dinners. Respect to the chief. Very nice position of the hotel - close to the beach. Two pools, one of them for kids. Room for kids. Friendly staff. Beautiful and active animators. Interesting program for guests. Despite the loud animation by the pool, it was quiet at night.

Some of the entertainment team activities were a little too loud. The evening BBQ music was far too loud in particular. It wasn’t necessary.

Initial Internet Problems: Upon arrival, I faced issues with the internet as there was no connection in my initial room. Since it was late in the evening, no one could assist me until the next morning. Old but Well-Maintained: The hotel itself is not new, but it is well-maintained. Strange Beverage Policy: The hotel's beverage policy is odd. While breakfast beverages are included, drinks at dinner require an additional payment. Room Cleaning Service: The room cleaning service was confusing. During my four-day stay, no one cleaned my room, possibly because I changed rooms on the second day.

Convenient Location: The hotel is well-located, with a bus stop close by that made my transfer from the airport easy. Room Amenities: The room had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Internet Connection: After being moved to a different room, the internet connection was good. Food Quality: There were no issues with the food; it was satisfactory. Pool and Sunbeds: The hotel has a nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Proximity to Attractions: The hotel is close to the sea and a large shopping center. Late Checkout: I was offered the possibility of a late checkout (17:00) for an additional €30, which I received for free due to minor injuries during my stay. I appreciate the staff's consideration.

that the air conditioning of the building where we stayed did not work any of the 6 days and they never informed me in advance and we suffered from a lot of heat at night so the rest was not pleasant

Place was good to be honest

The staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful at all times. We had good food and lots of choices, and the location was ideal and by the seaside with a pool view on the other side. We had quality time and had our own privacy which made everything enjoyable .

Location near on the sea cost , near the Troya beach(vulcanosand beach with a pretty nice big waves and good place for looking on sunset) The breakfast was tasty and with good amount of dishes to choose. The staff were freandly and helpfull)

Rooms are dated but everything else makes up for it.

The staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble, there are a lot on on-site shops that I thought would be over priced but they were great value, no need to go to a big supermarket as they had it all. The entertainment round the pool in the day is great too, fun for everyone but especially the kids.

Sofa bed terrible & dangerous with high metal sides. Very uncomfortable. Bedding very poor quality with ' hospital ' blankets. Not good. Let the holiday down.
