We had breakfast included - I would have liked more variation across the days which was a little disappointing, but there was enough of a spread to make do.

Loved the sheer size, close proximity to the beech and general feel of the resort. Location was perfect for our needs with loads of nearby restaurants and a grocery shop across the street! The two bed apartment was perfect for our family of 4 and has everything you need and was cleaned daily.

No air con, there were only fans in the room we stayed in, was too hot. No kids club or entertainment for kids at night which would be a drawback for us.

Great hotel, really clean and lovely landscaping, brilliant kids area with slides, loads of sunbeds and location is perfect. We got breakfast included and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

There is no air condition in the rooms and only one fan in the ceiling so it was a little warm for the kids on the first floor in the night.

Great hotel with amazing garden with slides for the children and the food was very decent and everything was very cleab and beautiful. The location is perfect in Los Americos. The rooms are really nice and it had daily cleaning and enough of towels.

There is no activity for older kids like billiard,Ping J Pong and one of mine kids did not like salt water swimmig pool

The only issue I had this time was my bed was a little hard to sleep on.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is amazing. The pool is always very nice and always has available sunbeds. Rooms are lovely. Staff are very helpful

I found the beds quite hard so this could be a problem is you prefer softer beds. In our apartment we had 3 showers and reported 2 kept leaking and overflowing. We were told someone would come but they didn't. Wasn't a major issue as we all used the remaining one.

Great location and accommodation size. Pool was also lovely and clean with plenty of sun beds. Issues around the site were dealt with quickly such as a broken door handle on a door leading to the pool fixed within 12 hours.

Everything was perfect. The washing machine would be a bonus for refreshing beach towels as they were not provided by the hotel. But it wasn't an issue. So many pluses, it is difficult to come up with something that needs improvement.

Great hotel, constantly improving their facilities. I have stayed there every year since 2013 and the place got only better with time. This year we stayed at a recently refurbished apartment, very clean, convenient, comfy beds and pillows. The iron and ironing board was brought to the room on request for our use without extra charge. Happy with the service provided.

There were loud construction jack hammering tiles, floor and walls. I would like to be aware of that in advance and maybe get some discount on the room prize or offered some activities out site of the hotel.

The location is excellent. The facilities are nice: pool, garden, restaurants and the shops. We had very good room with ocean view. We were also lucky with the weather. :-)

The bathroom door keys are impossible to lock. In case you could lock, you may stuck inside. Dangerous for young kids.

Location is brilliant right out onto the main strip in front and onto the beach out the back. We had a refurbished apartment with garden access which is ideal for families. The children's splash area and playground are a huge hit with the kids also.

Our room had a steep marble stairs which wasnt ideal with two young kids. It was a lovely room though, was just a little nervous of the stairs. Some of the staff we encountered were very rude, but some were very pleasant, so 50/50 on that.

The pool was amazing for kids, plenty of slides to keep them amused and a shaded playground which was great when the get too hot. The beach is so close and plenty of jice places to eat nearby.

Lots to do and mÿ granddaughter loved the slides x playpark x swimming pool. Also close to beach and food good too
