The car parking fee of €10 per day. The dinner was at 8.00p.m. which in my opinion could have been at 6.30p.m. as in other 4 star hotels.

Wonderful breakfast between 8.00 and 10.00. My son was in a Triathlon in Peniscola on Sunday and the staff provided a prepared breakfast which was generous of the hotel which he could have in our room at 5.30a.m. The dinners were great, self service buffet.

The bar was normally very quiet in the evening and we only went in a couple of times. Most of the staff in the bar were very friendly apart from a couple who did not seem very happy and it was difficult to get a smile from them.

We had a sea view room which was very clean and spacious with lovely large bathroom. TV has some English channels. The room was cleaned every day even when not requested and kept to high standard. The food in the restaurant was very good and good value if you have half board. House wine very good for 10euros. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful and Fran and Neus ( hope I’ve got their names correct ) seemed to be working every day but always a smile and greetin. Same from the other restaurant staff. Staff on reception also very friendly and helpful.

The location right on the beach was good but it is quite a walk to any other bars/restaurants.

The room was very comfortable and both dinner and breakfast were excellent. I would certainly recommend this hotel and will be staying here again.

Nothin I did not like. All was perfect.

Everything was very good. Stuff very friendly, rooms are great, view from our terrace was amazing, beach are perfect, food was great. Terrace was amazing. Pool and hot tab - all great. Price for all of it is very reasonable. Absolutely love it.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent overlooking the sea and a short flat walk into Peniscola. We were staying on a half board basis and thought the food and choices were excellent.

Excellent breakfast. Catered for everyone, fresh fruit, cooked breakfasts, yogurts, cereals, cakes and croissants. Location perfect. Lovely views of the beach and sea. Lovely staff. Very efficient and welcoming.

Parking is at a premium in July , we had to park in a carpark further away but the staff were very helpful in explaining the situation. But really that's the only downside of a wonderful hotel , we will be back.

Peniscola is just a beautiful place , and the Palace Hotel is really good, rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Pool is nice and the beach is a few metres away .

All was good, nothing we disliked. Didnt had time to enjoy of the spa sauna area, but I checked and its available for some extra cost.

We had a Twin room with sea view, which faced us to the pool area with nice view to the sea. The room was good size for two, clean and new, we had everything we needed. The breakfast had wide variety and was delicious. Had various veggie milks and gluten free pastry on demand. Also fresh made eggs available. The sea is literally few steps from the hotel door, and this part of the beach is really clean and had less people than closer to city centre. Would definitely go back.

Our room was on the first floor, right above the restaurant, we could hear very loudly as people were pushing and pulling their chairs in the restaurant

An amazing location and beautiful views. Rooms were big and comfortable, amazing sea view. Staff were nice and helpful, speaking Spanish and English. Breakfast was fantastic.
