Fantastic location, amazing friendly staff. Free coffee, tea, water, juice, fruit available 24 hrs which was fantastic. Unfortunately, problems with running water but they fixed it quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a nice time in your hotel ;-)

The locations was better than expected. Plaza Mayor was right in front the hotel door. No breakfast is included, but the hotel has a 24hr room with different kinds of coffee, cookies and fruits. All included!

Got a room on the ground floor so had a lot of bright ambient alleyway light. Sounds wasn’t too bad given sound proofing windows

Truly an amazing value given it is located in the heart of the city. Staff were very sweet and appreciated having access to 24/7 coffee/tea and other small treats. Staff also went around in the AM giving small breakfast pastries to each of the rooms. Room was clean and large

Very helpful staff, great location of the hotel, in the heart of Madrid and close to subway station. In the hotel they put attention to small details, that will make your stay memorable and pleasant. Highly recommend and will come back if I go again in Madrid!

Nothing it was all fantastic.

The list of things I liked are extensive! The location is unsurpassed, the room was spacious and the bed huge and amazingly comfortable! We loved the breakfast bag in the morning and the fact we could have a coffee downstairs. The receptionist was very helpful and the WIFI was strong. We also appreciated the sustainable ethos in the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family, that's how good it was.

This was our second stay here, and we loved it just as the first time. especially the location, which is perfect. The hotel is small but really convenient. The breakfast packs was a lovely idea.

We stayed in the top floor room with the terrace, what an amazing view, perfect facing for sunset evening too. Friendly staff amazing central location. Perfect facilities no issues at all. The free coffee and snack corner in the hotel was a great extra touch!

Shower water pressure and temperature was at times 'off' but nothing that prevented a shower. Having an additional waste basket in the living area would have been ideal, but nothing that was difficult to manage.

Location was ideal for reaching places on foot, and a few steps from a metro station. Having a 'coffee corner' with basic breakfast supplies (and a microwave for personal food in the evening) was great for flexible dining choices. Finding a small breakfast pack on our door, was also a nice surprise - having an in-room fridge was also very convenient.

There was no ventilation in the room or the bathroom at all.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable! The staff was helping and very welcoming. Every morning we got 2 bottles of water and some muffins and corissants. A good value for our money(:

Water from the shower was spilling on and making the floor wet in the bathroom.

Very good location,close to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, quiet place,comfortable bed and pillow. Clean bedsheets. Available small fridge with water and every day they provided small bottle of water and small pastries in the morning. I really liked the idea of not having plastic card, code for the room provided by email. Coffee corner with two machines, tea and fruits Available,place to relax.
