Nothing! Everything was positive during our trip!

The hotel could have some more activities or nicer Common áreas as the Park closes early, for example the hotel bar was kind of poor.

Hotel was really nice, huge rooms and really clean. Breakfast was abundant and food was good. The location is amazing as it is next to the Park, also its great Value for money as it includes the tickets to the Park and the basic fast passes that you would requiere for a couple of days.

The stuff needs to improve their english skills. Breakfast and Dinner limited time is somehow stressful.

Great hotel very close to the Portaventura park. The rooms are great (had the deluxe room) and very big. We had the full board option and both the breakfast and dinner at the hotel are great. Pools look also amazing but it was to late in the year to use them.

There is no kettle or iron in the room and if you want one you have to pay. Dinner isn’t until 7.30pm which was a shame as we had kids who needed to eat earlier - the toasties in the bar didn’t cut it. We stayed in the “new” part and it was lovely but there was no one on reception so took about 30 mins to get our luggage out of the luggage room.

It was clean and tidy and very spacious. Cleaning staff lovely - reception staff were rude.

Time limit at meals meant you were rushed. Queues to get into the dining hall and then queues to get the food meant time available to actually eat was very limited. I think this leads to more waste, as rather than take what you want and go back for more, it was easier to pile your plate up on one trip, even if you didnt want it all, rather than queue again if you wanted more.

Water at the park is expensive and food as well

Parking was available and the tickets were included in your stay the park is exclusively open from 8 am until 10 am for hotels guests so you get to have access to the new ride prior to the general public access which is at 10 am

Nothing it was all great and we were so sad to leave

Such a lovely resort, all staff were always friendly and happy to help, always happy. The facilities were clean and well maintained, the buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, great choice of food and always clean and well managed. Great pool area too. There was so much to do from thrill rides to top quality shows in the parks to quiet relaxation by the pool. We can't wait to come back!

Rooms were way too basic for a 4* and our room wasn’t ready even though we arrived after the check in time.

Overall a comfortable stay, felt more like a 2* or 3*, than a 4*. The location was excellent and the pool facilities were good. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh, just make sure you book your time slot in advance. I felt the rooms were basic with no toiletries or coffee facilities which I would except in a 4*. But the location made up for it.

I thought 3pm check in was too late considering its not a large hotel to be excessive. Not a very deep pool at the hotel so walked 5 mins to the other ones on site (this is allowed) and these were much better Not many options for shops for essential goods (water, snacks, suncream etc.) Could have had more beds round the various pools

Hotel decor and theming was lovely and not very crowded. Lovely staff and location. Great for access to the park wuth your own dedicated entrance (5 mins walk and your in Wild West Land) Room was spacious and beds decent. Buffet breakfast and Dinner was better than expected but obviously not 5 star All inclusive.

Location isn't great at the top end of the park, but that's our preference, pool is a bid standard, preferred Portaventura Hotel pool.

Clean hotel, staff were helpful, breakfast and dinner well worth the extra money.

It is a fantastic hotel with very comfortable and huge rooms. Great huge bathroom! Everything is clean and the atmosphere is great. Very kind attentive stuff. The children liked the Hotel a lot too. Definitely will come back.

There was nothing to dislike

The hotel is located approximately 7-10 min walk from the entrance of the park. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. The pool is beautiful.

It was far from the park and a long walk after a busy day in the park, sometimes even more than once. A shuttle is needed.

Great hotel, very clean, well equipped, Great pool, great food, rooms seem like New and all designed as the Western.
