Our bed was not the most comfortable.

Both the breakfast and dinner was delicious and had a good selection. The hotel is really well themed and the walk to the portaventura theme park was quick and easy. The pool was clean and inviting.

A kettle and condiments (tea and coffee) in the room would have been good. The A La Carte (Old Opre) was definitely overpriced and the food was acceptable at best. My partner had the Angus burger which was inedible.

Location to Portaventura was very good - just a few minutes walk. The breakfast buffet was very good - lots of choice, fresh and tasty. Comfortable beds and a good shower room. Towels and linen service was good.

We didn’t reserve dinner in advance and they didn’t let us reserve while we were there. We didn’t like the fact that they put us outside of the main building.

Beds not the best. Wait for fast ride at Ferrari land was way too long. Sign out front for wait time not working. Spent entire night in line so had zero time to explore park. Park not opened long enough. Not enough bathrooms in Ferrari land… couldn’t find them. Far walk to hotel.

Only 1 small thing, only 2 pillows on the double bed and no extras in the room.

Staff in the restaurant don't speak English, that creates some troubles. Do not serve very quickly during diners, sometimes we had to remind a few times.

Location is amazing for everyone, who would like to go to PortAventura (3 mins walking). Room is not so big but has enough spare. Honestly is needed some renovation, but room is clean, linen is also clean. Breakfast has a big variety of options, really recommend to have breakfast and even dinners (good match choice and money).

Been here 5 times now and there's always a weird smell like there's a problem with the sewerage system , it's not awfully strong but it's still noticeable

Everything was great except for the food at dinner which I think was not great. The queues at both breakfast and dinner were long and many things are missing and not filled on time.

Terrible customer service, we bought full board and the day we arrived the only slot available was to have dinner from 22:00 to 23:00 - for dinner?!?!? Receptionist Natalia was so rude..

CLOSURE OF THE PARK AT 6PM - THIS IS TOO EARLY GIVEN THAT IT IS STILL SEPTEMBER WHEN WE WERE THERE. OUR CHILDREN WE VERY DISSAPPOINTED AS THEY HAD BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING AT NIGHT TIME

THE HOTEL ROOM IS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY OF 5! ACCESS TO SNACKS/SANDWICHES ETC IS LIMITED PARTICULARLY ON PARK. THE PARK ITSELF CLOSED AT 6PM ON OUR NIGHT OF ARRIVAL WHICH WAS DISSAPPOINTING WE ALL WANTED THE EXPRESS PASSES AND WE REALISE THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR THESE BUT THEY ARE EXCESSIVLY EXPENSIVE . WE REALLY ENJOYED PORTAVENTURA BUT WILL GIVE IT A MISS NEXT YEAR AS IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE FOR A FAMILY OF FIVE.

The fact that you don’t get lunch on your final day. I don’t understand if you have full day access to the park on the day of departure. Why isn’t at least lunch isn’t included? You’re expected to have only breakfast and no other food for the rest of the day? I would understand if you paid for room only, room & breakfast or half board. Not getting lunch doesn’t make sense especially when you have paid for full board! Plus you didn’t get any discounts on purchases of merchandise, food or drink with your room card. Nor do you get any kind of queue jumping on a couple of rides for staying at the hotel.
