It’s NON smoking / vaping in ALL areas of the Hotel and the outside grounds! After a while it is quite annoying that you have to keep going out to the front of the Hotel to vape especially if you’re sunbathing or having a drink at the outside bar and most times we were outside we were offered drugs and we’re in our 50’s!

In the process of being renovated and the room was lovely and fresh and clean but the renovations are only half complete! The pool is lovely and it’s a great location for Portaventura Park with a free shuttle service!

The gym was not fit for purpose. It should, in my opinion, be removed or completely refurbished.

The room was fine, although more to the standard to of a three star hotel. The food was on the whole good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is a bit out from the town of salou 10 or 15 minutes and walk not too bad. Mattresses on bed are a but firm for my liking but that's more of a personal preference 😅

Fabulous hotel, 👌 👏 staff were helpful and respectful 🙏 😀. Food was amazing especially the slow cooked beef absolutely worth going full board. Wide variety of food for all tastes. Especially well catered for children. Pools are fantastic spotless. Entertainment was great and very inclusive both for adults and children alike. Mini disco for kids each evening. Would absolutely stay again great value for money 💰 hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms are very spacious with a nice balcony and large bathroom. Rooms have great air-conditioning just remember to close the balcony door. Nice little toiletries provided also. Location is very close to reus airport. Luggage scale in basement which saves the hassle at the airport too.

We found a few of the staff were quite rude and seemed to go for the other nationalities more so barstaff, one lady in reception on our last day this being a older lady

On our last night we needed an early night, because we had a long drive. At 10pm water was coming through a light fitting in the bathroom. I rang reception who said they would send maintenance. 11.30pm and another 3 phone calls, no one came. I was not happy at all.

The room was very clean,and comfortable ,a wonderful rooftop pool for adults only. Good selection of food.

The wi-fi didn´t work properly in the room, even though they say at their page that it has in the whole hotel. I had to do some work and it was stressful. People would put their towels to "reserve" a place at the chair at the swiming pool. Not nice. I think the hotel should prohibit that. If the person is not there.

The location was good, around 10 minutes walking to the beach. The breakfast was complete and had lots of options.

The WiFi (Apartment 107) was hit n miss and it would be great to have more British TV channels in the room. Unfortunately, these would be a deciding factor for me against returning. The decor, while immaculately kept, is a bit dated and like the WiFi, just needs a bit of modernisation.

Location is perfect for your beach holiday or for touring the region. A straight clear motorway spin to Reus airport, 30mins away. The daytime and nightly entertainment was great fun and offered something for everyone. Families seem well catered for here. The adults aren't forgotten about and there is a fantastic "sun trap" on the roof, with a pool some jacuzzi tubs and plenty of loungers for the adults only to top up the tans! The entire resort is kept Spotlessly clean and exceptionally well serviced by the Army of housekeepers who are always friendly and cheerful. On arrival we were warmly welcomed at reception and throughout our stay they were very helpful and friendly, Marian stood out for us for being knowledgeable and cheerful from checking in to going home.

No kettle or bottle opener provided in an apartment with kitchenette (confirmed by reception that these were not provided!) Families were queing out of the door of the hotel from 8am to 9:30am and then have a dash to grab sunbeds, which were then often left empty for long periods - would not stay here with young children for that reason. Port Adventura & Ferrariland with fast passes can easily be done in a single day - Without fast passes it is hell on earth!!

Location was great for Port Adventura and easy reach of the beach. Apartment was clean and really well maintained. Adult only roof terrace and pools were lovely and quiet, with great views and was the hotels saving grace. We had breakfast included and that was a decent enough quality with plenty of choice.

Too many kids lol

Good food, very friendly staff, spacious room, lovely bathroom and big balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Was only let down by the weather, thank goodness for an English TV channel 😊 It was very unexpected to have a table reserved for me with food available on my late arrival. I can't fault this hotel.

No control over ‘reserving’ sun beds. People queue through reception and down the street waiting for the doors to the pool to open at 9AM. Place their towels etc. on sun beds and then use them when they are ready to later in the day. I noticed some beds remaining ‘reserved’ but not used until late afternoon. This selfish behaviour should be controlled.

Noise! if you want to sleep before midnight this isn’t the place for you. the entertainment by the pool goes on til midnight and the speakers are very loud
