This hotel totally exceeded our expectations and was huge value for money. All the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The style of the hotel was so beautiful and felt like a luxurious place to return to after exploring Seville for the day. We got a room at the front of hotel with a double balcony which was a nice surprise. The rooftop pools were also a treat. Would recommend to anyone visiting Seville

It was a bit noisy in our room, I could hear a generator maybe that was turning on and off, could also hear chairs scraping above from the rooftop bar. The soap was thrown away every day and a new one given which seemed a bit wasteful. These are just minor things though, would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with a variety of options. Well located within walking distance of main Seville sights. The room was well equipped and spacious and the cleaners did an excellent job.

It was beautiful and in a central location. Right next to “the mushroom”. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Cute rooftop pool areas. Would recommend and stay again. Nice breakfast also!

It would be nice to have an extra chair or sofa in the room.

The hotel has a great location close to Setas de Sevilla. The staff were kind enough to help us with our luggage and prepare sparkling wine for us.

This Hotel is fantastic! Very centrally located, less than 5 min walk from Setas de Sevilla and other tourist locations. Breakfast was amazing, many options and the staff were very attentive. The hotel itself is modern, clean and stunning. The staff's english language skills were also great, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend, will stay here again when I return to Seville!

The rooms are not soundproofed and the shower head could do with an upgrade.

The property is beautiful inside, full of character and great architecture. The staff were amazing and so friendly, doing everything to make your stay a special one. I don’t usually stay at the same place twice but would go back to this one.

Wonderful rooftop plunge pool and relaxation area. Super comfortable bed. Beautiful private roof terrace. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was ideal for exploring the city.

Fantastic hotel with great staff. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Hotel is unique, food & drinks are delicious. Patricia, Luiz & Paula & the rest of the team are friendly, helpful & make you feel at home. Truly enjoyed my stay there. And it was such a welcome surprise to have a bottle of chilled wine waiting for us in our room. Location is very convenient to restaurants & metered taxi transportation is readily available. I highly recommend this hotel !!!!

When the toilet was leaking, there was also an odor which was not pleasant. I am not sure about the plumbing. When walking through the hotel, there are levels that are lower by about an inch on the white marble floor. We almost tripped a few times as the level changes are difficult to see.

The room was comfortable, and location was very good, close to many attractions. The staff was very accommodating, especially when our toilet was leaking, they offered us a free breakfast to compensate. The breakfast was outstanding, with fresh and delicious breads, pastries, omelets if desired, yogurt, meat, cheese, croissants, etc... I loved the cappuccino machine! I enjoyed walking around the hotel, especially to the top floor where there was a mini pool, bar and a view of the rooftops. The hotel is unique as it is open air from the top, which allows fresh air, but if it rains, the lobby can get slippery so be careful. I believe this is a historical hotel and gives one the feeling of Seville style architecture.

We liked everything

Location was excellent with 2 car parks next door to the hotel. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance of the hotel. The most amazing friendly staff, even the pool bar staff who has to come from one pool at the other side of the hotel To take orders and then return with the drinks. We loved it all.
