FYI no dealbreakers, but nice to know: double/twin room smaller than expected from photos. Tiny shower and minimal counter space. I kept my things outside and went in and out for the mirror and light. Sink (and shower) soap dispensers took muscle to use and placed over where personal stuff would be (dripping).. Hairdryer was weak and the button had to be held down. A/C didn’t hold a constant temp. cold/hot/cold…each night. 3rd night it was better to leave the door open except the neighboring hotel had lights and rooftop loud music until 2AM. Tiny fridge held a few water bottles. Pool and tubs too cold for me. Others were in it. No pool or beach towels. Didn't see a 'spa' or drying rack.

8.5 wasn't an option. LOCATION right across from the beach and walking distance to castle, town and restaurants. Also close to the rental lounges and covers. Friendly staff. I requested in advance (if available) a double bed with a view of beach (we got 601) AND we also could see the castle. Loved the end balcony, Easy ($) garage parking was available at the time of our visit which was our slot the entire time if we choose to drive someplace, shower pressure, plastic stool for shaving in tiny shower helped. Cafeteria had a good variety with grilled fish each day (tuna, sword, salmon) cheaper than in restaurants. American teens may not like the options but it is 'typical' and easier than looking for a place when you don't want to waste beach time. Easy in and out dining. Invisible housekeeping service.

Reception though only had one staff member she was friendly and explained the location and amenities fully. Parking was a slight issue but the staff member attending took our number and called as promised when space in the underground was available. The room was very clean, nicely furnished and equiped and the balcony a nice touch. Breakfast had a great choice of fruit pastries and cooked items and well organised. The 12.00 check out was a bonus and meant a leisurely start to the morning rather than the rush to check out at 10/11

the rooms are a bit dated (in comparison to the communal areas) lack of courtesy products in the bathroom (only 1 dispenser for shower gel and shampoo and a small tub of body cream) room's w alls are not well isolated

The swimming pool area is very nice mattresses comfortable very close to the beach and easy access to old town large balcony

the rooms are old and need updating. the toilet seat has worn through and not been replaced. the staff are more like zoo keepers. perfectly pleasant but hardly there to serve. if you need location and have kids and get a good rate it’s fine. don’t look for romance here though.

location was ideal and there is parking across the street for a reasonable fee. pool was nice with the kids.

Unable to book car into the hotel car park at the time of booking, this has to be on a first come first served basis.

I cannot even begin to express how disappointed in my stay here. I’m actually going to file a claim for this reservation because of the lack of care that they had for my daughter safety. when I first arrived there, it was nice and we got a room shortly after. We noticed that the air conditioner wasn’t working so we called the front desk to have them fix it and nobody came. Eventually we had to physically go tell them in person to come and help us because it was getting really hot in the room. Long story short we asked them to come again so they can fix it yet again and they never even offered us a different room or fix the air conditioner in general. The issue I’m having is because later on that evening I open the window so we can have fresh air because again the room is so hot and stuffy and I have a baby who sweats a lot and all these mosquitoes came in and bit my daughter literally over 30 times. My daughter has mosquito bites all over her body. And then when I tried bringing this to their attention they told me that it was my fault for opening the window or that I could’ve got it from the outside the hotel. I didn’t leave anywhere but my room so for them to undermine the situation and blame it on me when it’s their fault is amazing. i will attach photos call my daughter looked the day before and how my daughter looked after our stay. They tried blaming the mosquito problems that they have in Spain but I’ve been in Spain for a very long time and I know there’s mosquitoes but that’s no excuse for them not to fix her air conditioner so we would have to open our window to get fresh air and then have my daughter literally been bitten alive. When I spoke to the manager, he had nothing more to say other than he just apologized and said there’s nothing he knows to do to compensate me or anything to resolve the problem. At the time I said neither do I but now that I see how much worse my daughter skin has gone because of the situation of their incapacity of care made me

The location was excellent. The room was outstanding, especially the terrace. The food was great, a great selection. The staff were helpful and attentive. It was a great stay, the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
