We stayed from the 8-16th of may and from the second we got there to the second we left we couldn’t fault it at all! The hotel was amazing, room was lovely and pool etc was all phenomenal. The thing that stood out to us the most was the staff… Every one of the receptionists were amazing and so friendly and helpful but especially one lady named Annabel, she went above and beyond to help and her lovely smile and welcoming presence made our trip! We will definitely be back 😌

Staff were very attentive and very nice. Room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Spotlessly clean throughout. Location is very good. Busses outside the hotel very frequent. Beach short distance across the road. Loved this hotel.

We loved everything. Great food, facilities, location, rooms etc but the staff we the best staff I have ever encountered in all my 30 years of travelling. Every single one of them were so polite and helpful.They truly made our holiday extra special. We will all be returning.

I was near to the beach the room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean ,food,service at bar ,poolside etc amazing ,sunbeds everything fabulous ,the staff are soooooo friendly and helpful absolutely wonderful wonderful people .We would recco end this Hotel 1 million percent.Many mant thanks from Guðjón and Dolores from Iceland .

Would have liked tea/coffee in the room, had a kettle and cups but no ingredients. That said I had great coffee served with a big smile in the bar area every day

From walking through the door the friendliness of all of the staff really stood out.I Didnt have the breakfast but the choice and quality looked really good so would consider including this on my next visit Hotel was spotless and the room was very comfy , recently refurbished I would say

(+) perfect location- 5 minutes walk to all shops, restaurants, bars and, the most important, to the beach!!! On the way, you’ll pass a few restaurants which serves Spanish tapas, fish and restaurants with Dutch cuisine; (+) big room with HUGE BED, balcony with the view of the swimming pool and almost whole area (let’s be honest-you can see almost everything from 7th floor), (+) 24/7 reception, lift, AC, bar, telephone, big shower, everyday cleaning available, TV, balcony with chairs, beach towels available to rent during your stay. (+/-) on one hand breakfast was great-nice choice of dishes-English breakfast, pastries, sweets, cereals, Prosecco served every day it’s a nice touch, pancakes; on the other hand, pastries felt a bit old like from other day, same with other dishes- if we came at the right moment dishes eggs were great, if not- felt old; (+/-) hotel is huge and well presented, however felt a bit dated; which is not a big deal just a matter of changing a bits here and there; (+) huge plus goes to staff- very professional reception 24/7- knowledgeable and polite; staff on breakfast- working hard, always smiling and being very helpful; bar by the pool- huge smiles, chatty; extra (+) goes to two people I unfortunately didn’t ask for names (that’s my fault I was too excited to even be there) 29.09 at the bar by the pool: a lady from Torremolinos who borrowed a wine opener to me and a man who made delicious Blue Hawaii cocktail- big thank you- you have a fantastic customer service skills plus you’re very warm and hospitable approach to everyone!!!!! All in all, perfect stay and definitely we are coming back!!! We are highly recommending Princesa Solar to everyone!!!!!

Two things at our stay was not great: internet was slow and not strong enough to be connected all the time(for example if you stay in balcony,you can not make a call on messenger,you need to get back to the room) but this might be fixed i think easily. Another thing- its quite noisy at night time because of the bar next to hotel on the other side of the street. People are shouting loud untill early morning hours(around 4 in the morning) and than it gets peacefull and quite for a few hours. Only these two things wasnt great.

Location was great,only 5min of walk from the beach.Bus stop at the entrance to hotel,so easy to travel around.Staff members were amazing,very helpful and friendly. Big shout out to receptionist Mario,who was super friendly and helpful,very honest and easy to communicate with.He was our favourite staff member at the hotel. All staff members were really amazing,always with a smile on face and ready to help. Housekeeping lady was fabulous,room always clean,smell amazing,great job. Breakfast was included in our stay and was really delicious.Loved scrambled eggs and variety of sweet donuts,croissants,etc. Overall our stay was really pleasant and we would recommend this hotel to a friends. Thank you very much for everyone who helped us and made out stay unforgettable.
