the room we got at first was on the "smelly" side ,and the cieling fan was really loud. we asked a different room so we were upgraded to a really bigger nicer room with nothing to complain about...real perfection. two days after we checked out, we recieved an e mail that we were charged for things we took from the mini bar. i wrote an e mail that there was no such thing and we were refunded. i would expect nothing of all that at this level, but still everything was delt with at the end.there is no parking solution so parking the car for a day is an extra 50 euros.

One pathetic little suggestion, not really "didn’t like", more a suggestion: Modern kitchen doors, even those from Ikea have damped closing hinges. The hinges in the wardrobe could be improved with these dampers.

Instructions how to use coffee machine. More choice of teas. Better storage as open wardrobe was totally impractical to use as too tall. Nowhere to put hand towel after you used it. Instructions on use of TV and available channels.

Breakfast was exceptional. Varied, well cooked and presented. Breakfast staff were excellent 👍. The wellness spa treatments I had were exceptional 👍

This 5 star boutique hotel is beautifully designed and in excellent location right in the heart of Palma’s old town. It was my second stay! I tried a lot of boutique hotels in Palma and this one is by far my favourite! Mainly due to fantastic stuff and especially, 2 sweet and welcoming Polish ladies! We were waiting almost an hour for our meal but when it came it was so delicious it was worth the wait.

The hotel was exceptional. Staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Boutique style interior. Location was perfect, really central but quiet. Bed was enormous and comfortable. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend.
