How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Pillows weren't particularly comfortable - bolster style.
Excellent location, close to old town and shopping area. Room was modern, clean and not too noisy for city centre. Breakfast was reasonable, staff kept everything topped up so selection was good.

There is no international news channels. All of the channels are in Spanish.
The hotel is in the city center which is very easy to reach, but we have to ask for the receptionist to enter the parking lot. The room is quite big and quiet enough. Very comfortable experience. And the breakfast is delicious!

The only glitch was getting an email through Booking.com just as we were heading to the car ferry from Ireland to Spain asking to validate my credit card even though it's set up on the site. I eventually figured out how to do it and got a confirmation from the hotel group yet still got 3-4 more emails with the same request. That was a bit worrying given all the publicity about online scams. Anyway all seemed sorted out by the time we got there. But I would still recommend the hotel if going to Zaragoza.
Great location in the city centre. Close to everything. Parking. The staff were very warm and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good and at a reasonable price. Good atmosphere as it seems popular with the locals. Rooms minimalist but large and clean. Overall a very nice hotel for the price. You can park outside while getting a map to the garage.

Good hotel in the center of zaragoza. Nice is that there is a garage under the hotel. So when you are traveling with a car it is very convenient. The breakfast is sufficient and the rooms were spacious.

This is minor but I suggest it for improvement: What was odd for me, that there were no pictures on the wall, or flowers or any kind of objects that would make the space a bit more lovely - for example on the hallways. But there were zero objects in the rooms as well.
I loved the location and the simplicity of the hotel. The room was large and comfortable. Everything was super clean.

The Wifi was terrible. It didn't work at all. I work in home-office and had to waste a great part of my 5g

A great location for seeing all the sights of Zaragoza on foot, with bus routes on the doorstep to explore the local area. A very large room with a nice comfortable bed and a choice of pillows. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area.

Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. There wasn't a single piece of vegetable except for baked tomatoes.

Parking was tricky to find and underground and we were charged for 2 days even though only there less than 24 hrs but you are charged per day.
