The location is brilliant once you are in the hotel. Unfortunately we came by coach which can't get nearer than 8 minutes walk from the hotel because of access problems. Luckily we only had a small case each which limited the issue but if you had full size suitcases this would have been quite a struggle.

Quality rooms and high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super helpful. Close to beach and restaurants and shops.

RM. 305 the view was fabulous. Good size room The bed large and comfortable Coffee Machine Toiletries mainly in dispensers Hot tube on top floor. Lemon water dispenser and complementary coffee, cakes, and pastries in reception. Computer available and a small selection of second-hand books. Excellent restaurant with GF options

First floor was very noisy!!! Either the church bells, the early morning deliveries or the late night party people ,had it not been for this it would have got a10 out of 10,

Couldn’t get through to secure parking at negotiated rates, so had to park far away in expensive location. Breakfast service is quite slow

the car parking is a problem.Usually the staff give a ticket to get parking reduced.But if they are full with allocated parking you will get charged full price. not good.we have been caught 3 times with exces parking charges our last one was 34 euro so be carefull to prior check..

We both ordered a cooked English breakfast and it was very poor. Sausages were overcooked, cold and horrid. Bacon was overcooked and cold, mushrooms were cold, eggs cold, beans fine, toast fine. The breakfast system was confusing, nobody to seat you or supply you with a menu and there were none we could see. A lovely staff member came to take our order, but without us knowing what was on offer because there were no menus, or a means to see one. After some confusion and requests for a menu the member of staff offered us a tablet with a menu on to view.

Room, cleanliness, location, view, bar, roof terrace, staff, reception snacks, coffee machine, shower, bed - all excellent. We had a lovely stay here.

Great hotel with fabulous views over Benidorm. Clean comfortable room with sea views. Polite, friendly and professional staff in all areas of hotel. Lovely breakfast area with outside terrace. Breakfast was very good with generous portions. Roof terrace was amazing with lovely views over both beaches. The location was a short walk to the Benidorm "crazy" bars area but in a quiet location. No noise at night. We hope to return soon.

The roof top terrace was so lovely but we attempted to phone for drinks to be delivered but we’re unsuccessful (the roof top bar was not open likely due to season).

The property was exceptionally clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional and the location was perfect for us

The only downside was no swimming pool are sun beds, only chairs and a small jacuzzi

Breakfast was excellent great choice, staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms a little on the small side although they were very clean and adequate.
