lovely place, the staff we're great, the location was nice for us, just a bit out of the town. Some reviewers point out the food wasn't great. Food is served in a buffet, the earlier you went to the restaurant, the closer to excellent the food was. there was a large selection to suit any dietary requirment, I thought the food was excellent. I would go again.

Only had one beer on tap to choose from and that was horrible,had to leave the hotel for drink and entertainment as entertainment was terrible too.

The food was great the hotel was lovely spotless clean,staff were lovely.

We originally booked for 5 rooms for 10 people! One of the people couldn't come and despite notification via booking.com.( Before deadline) we had no response totally ignored..... This meant when checking in were charged 650 euro more and told there was nothing to be done!! Berry dissatisfied with booking.com and the hotel for not even acknowledging my request and offering any solution!! The only reply was 'I hope my colleague is helping you with your enquiry " type of email.... Not impressed at all... I would like a refund of extra payment!!

Everything about the hotel was excellent.The staff were extremely helpful and worked so hard. The cleaners did an excellent job ...well done ! The food was superb with something for everyone...personally I didn't find anything that wasn't cooked perfectly or hot ! The bar staff were always willing to serve and also worked hard to clear and clean tables ect to make our experience great. The entertainment was varied and people enjoyed it .

Good food. Plenty of options. We ate in the main restaurant each morning for breakfast. Had one lunch and two dinners there, we had two dinners in the Andalusian restaurant which was beautiful. The other lunches we just got some snacks from pepes food which had burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, chips etc. the drink was very good, they had different flavoured slush puppies which you could add alcohol too as well as a cocktail menu. Never a long wait at the bar or restaurant despite the hotel being full. The evening entertainment was very good. Really enjoyed the musical express night.

No conduits in the room. Road noise even when windows closed Sofa cushions were good as came off easily when sitting on them

Blanket as duvet and sheets on top and below would prefer a closed duvet protector. Towels in the room are very small

Buffet was amazing super choice and labeled really well, I cannot have dairy and was able to still have a good choice of food. Pools are wonderful, good air con in the room and nice terrace

Could be pot of hot water left on table if one chooses to drink tea instead of coffee. Lots of congestion sometimes.

Nothing all perfect

So clean, not crowded l, beautiful location and amazing food. Highly recommend the Dolca Viti for an evening meal we ate there most nights the food it amazing. Rooms are lovely and beds are so comfy. Massive walk in showers! Just a perfect hotel

Evening and day entertainment very poor but didn't really effect our stay as we just went to relax and will definitely be returning.

Room lovely, beds very comfortable, staff friendly,, good selection of nice food and very clean.
