the bed were very comfy, the staff were lovely, and the cleaners were also very lovely, I saw reviews saying their rooms were not cleaned during their stay but ours was everyday and they were very sweet and the view from our hotel room was beautiful

Thin walls. We could hear everything from next room, even things that my 5 year old daughter shouldn’t have heard. I also woke up with every noise.

Housekeeping, we stayed there 5 days and they never manage to clean the room by 2 in the afternoon when we usually came back for our baby's nap.

The bathrooms were stinky and upon checking with the reception they facilitated the cleaning. The house service guys told us that it is the same case across rooms. In that case the hotel staff should take adequate steps to keep the rooms clean in advance and not wait for the customers to complain

Food. There were a lot of choices for breakfast but the quality of food was very average. You would expect more from a 4 star hotel. Parking facilities are far away. The room and the rest of facilities are a bit old.

Tea and coffee making facilities would be great. A bit noisy near us for a few nights. This was due to a family that seemed to be alloted two rooms near us. A lot of knocking on doors.

Lovely hotel. The rooms are a bit small. We had a huge balcony. Girls at reception are super efficient. In general all the staff are attentive and helpful.

Long queues at the coffee machines, which are slow to use and over-complicated for some people (the touch screen type and in different languages) plus coffee not even good. Could be so easily sorted out by placing thermos-style pump coffee jugs on central tables for those who simply want a 'simple' coffee instead of cappuccinos, lattes etc. Especially considering that the less obvious parts of the breakfast to get right were so good! Lots of choice, good quality ingredients, even availability of different wines, service etc.

Best location, very good breakfast (but see comments in other section) and excellent staff! On-site restaurant good and many good places around. Would definitely come back.

The attitude of the head receptionist, upon arrival we were given an awful room and on complaining was told there were no alternatives, however rooms were still being advertised on website so we asked if they couldn’t give us a different room we would have a refund and go elsewhere, amazingly she found an alternative room. Unnecessary start to a 5 day break. However once issue resolved we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was fabulous, so much choice. Location perfect, quiet at night and right on top of the beach and some really lovely bars. Adult only pool area was so nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and shower nice and powerful. Rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels too.

The rooms felt very basic and not up the standard you would expect and one of the 3 rooms did not have fully operational AC . We did complain and it was temporarily fixed but then broke again . We were given a free family dinner at buffet . Although we went slightly out of session there was pretty much no nightly entertainment apart from in a dark room beside the adjoining cafe . This was disappointing.

The hotel had a lovely feel and the staff were super friendly . The prices to eat and drink are also quite reasonable. The location is just perfect and on the right side of town . There is a nice chilled adult area and good kids area with slides . The sea water pool was very nice .

I could say, they should have more options to their "grill menu".. as they always have the same item. Also their bed is not really comdortable, they put together two bed and always separates in the middle... and their sink also doesn't drain fast...

I like how nice the stuffs, I can't complain. The chef in the morning, Chef Benice is very jolly, always smiling, and polite. The location is also superb. The food is tasty as well.

Smokers were all over the place around the pools instead of having a designated area. The towel experience was not great. You had to leave at 15 euro deposit per towel plus 2 extra euro per towel every time you wanted to refresh them. The qualify of the food was average, but very similar each day.

The pools were fine and staff were really friendly. The hotel was located really closed to the beach and restaurants.
