Only one thing I could fault was when I arrived to my room there was a very bad smell that never seemed to go away even with all the windows open.

The property was very clean, My room was serviced every day.

In the room there was no coffee making set, no water, no iron, AC off and no remote. That is basic for 4* Paid drinks for diner no coffee/tea/water available Double bed that was 2 singles not connected so in the morning there was big gap between them... Hotel full of rude French guests- screaming at midnigh and no reaction from the staff the sam in the restaurant. I would say it is good as a 3* hotel but poor as 4*. (Besides restaurant)

Food boring and repetitive. No atmosphere in the hotel. Need cafe, bar, meeting area for socialising.

I cannot think of any complaint

Swimmingpool and terrace on the roof are excellent for sunbathing, the rooms are just renovated and look very nice, hotel and rooms very clean. The staff are all very nice and hard working people at every moment they are ready to answer your questions and assist with your needs. Breakfast was amazing, wide choice and everything tasty, no need to be afraid that they would run out of anything. From my side no complaints at all and I will definitely return to this hotel the next time I`m in Lloret.

Would have loved a kettle in our room or have access hot drinks at any time without having to go to the bar on the roof. Nothing else to say I didnt like. Was very pleased with the booking.

Very clean, our room was made up and towells replaced daily. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location, although we didn't have much of a view due to being on the 2nd floor. Great views from the rooftop bar and pool. Lovely pool, too.

Booked a twin room and when i arrived i was told it's unavailable and had to share a double with my teenage son. Group of lads round the pool drinking cans of beer and throwing them on the floor, smoking and jumping in and out the pool splashing other guests no one from the hotel challenged this despite seeing it.

Check in was fast and friendly. All the staff were so lovely and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great and the staff there got to know us after day 1 and always had our same table ready for us at mealtimes. The hotel was clean, the cleaner Kaur was lovely and kept our room spotless. If we needed anything all we had to do was ask. The reception staff were really helpful with any questions we had and we were able to sort out a later checkout. Thank you all so much. Keep up the fantastic work and customer service. We really had a great stay here.

Just a bit mediocre renovated. The room was not entirely clean and the AC wasn't working. Another mediocre cheap hotel were noisy youth get accommodated to party over the weekend. Would be nice if the reception could forsee that and don't expect us to ask for another room.

The rooms were not sound proof and could hear noise from dogs and TVs from the neighbours.

All the staff were very helpful and always friendly. The room was very modern and had a lovely balcony with sun throughout the day. Rooftop pool was an added luxury with the rooftop bar. Food excellent we paid for all inclusive food and had options for every appetite, especially as the rate was so good.
