Lovely apartment, really fell fitted out in a fantastic location. Facilities both inside the apartment and in the wider complex were brilliant. We loved our stay here and will definitely go back. Kathe, our fantastic host, was great all the way through and couldn’t have been more helpful.

No air conditioning. The beds were very good but the mattress was too soft for my taste. This is purely subjective depending on what kind of mattress you like.

There is NO AC. No portable or connected air conditioner. It only has 2 ceiling fans and 2 floor fans. The bathroom was always extremely hot and the house wouldn’t cool below 29 degrees.

Great location and easy access to some of the cleanest parts of Playa de las Americas.

Locely 2 bedroom apartment right next to the beach. The complex has pool, gym, wellness center, shopping and restaurants. Mainly British tourists in the area. Beach is a nice sandy beach and you can watch the surfers :) Starbucks McDonald's and lots of shopping right next door.

Apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Brilliant location. Check in was painless , with Kathe waiting at reception to take us to our room.

Difficult to find parking close by, no air conditioning(however, ad clearly states that there is none), sheets not fitted and kept slipping off.

It is a place where you can choose to cook yourself or go to restaurant . Everything located around it and near by . Supermarket across the street .

This property is extremely centeral, amazing pool & surroundings. With safari directly across the road, plenty of shops & easy access. Kathe was extremely kind, helpful & responsive with any enquiries we had. Apartment is Immaculately clean, comfy bed, English channels both sitting room & bedroom. Washing Machine was ideal as we had a baby, & lovely balcony. We will absolutely be back.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location, right in the heart of Playa de las Americas, and next to the most beautiful beach. Our host was very easy to communicate with, and met us early to give us the keys straight after our flight, which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend will definitely stay again.

Apartment was lovely, clean, modern and had everything you'd need. We stayed with our 2 young children and it suited us perfectly. Very good communication with Kathe and she helped us out with some requests for our stay. Would happily stay again and would recommend.

Great location. Spent 5 days staying here and it was simply brilliant. Great pool and slides for children. Apartment well equipped nothing was a problem to Kathie and great communication before arrival and during stay. Enough choices of restaurants near by. Supermarket across the road. Crazy golf and park for children. Great place to stay with children.

The beds didn't suit us. My two boys slept fine but us adults (me and hubby) struggled a bit. I honestly only write this for people that have back issues, then it is something to consider. I guess that comes to personal preference though.

Very nice little apartment, very clean, very modern. Just as pictures show. Great location in complex. Very clean, easy check in and check out. Great garden, next to beach and everything really beautiful Kathy is the best host really, so helpful!

We usually book two bedrooms, I though this was a 2 bedroom apartment with air conditioning. It was a one bedroom apartment, the 3 children were on a double and single pull out the living room/kitchen, not ideal. There was no air conditioning just ceiling fans and 1 portable ground fan.

The pool, the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Lovely balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Excellent service.

the property was in a fantastic location. Parque Santiago was an amazing complex. Kathe was great with communicating with us before our stay and checking in and any thing else we needed. Loved our stay here and will definitely stay again if this apartment is available.

The apt is newly, in white colors and it has a lot of nice details, but the sofa cover is old and the bed sheets could be a better quality or in concordance with the apt. colors..

This apartment is located in PS3, just next to kids pool, so could be a little noisy between 11 a.m.-18 p.m. The apt has o lot of facilities, is freshly renovated, good bed and confy extended sofa. You need to climb a few steps till the apt. The terrace has o lot of visitors: pigeons, lizards :)). The apt. has a nice view to the complex garden. Kate is very communicative and she found solutions to all our requests. I recomand this location for families with kids.
