The location provided by booking.com was incorrect and I had to keep calling in order to get the correct location sent by whatsapp. The only way to get to the hotel is by car no other way as it is far.

The stay was lovely, the hotel is very modern, clean and the pool area was nice. There is a disables lift for access and there is a car park which is free and spacious. The size of the resort isn’t that big as you would imagine like other bug chain hotels. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice (not detached balconies from the other rooms- they are all connected). The bathroom is very clean and it includes a bidet which was super handy!

On their pictures the breakfast looks a lot bigger and better, maybe that’s cause we went during low season so there’s not as many people but it can definitely be misleading since that was the part we were excited about the most. Spa was also definitely over priced for how small it is. For the price of stay you’d also expect to have a robe and slippers included since that was also shown on their instagram pictures however that was also misleading, you only get normal towels.

The location is beautiful, it definitely looks like a resort. The staff were nice. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, super peaceful and quiet area. It was perfect for a short stay.

Operationsl issue: morning 8:30 maintaince guy at the hotel started blowing of the leaves on the hotel parking lot, a very noisy sctivity edpecially for the morning and few leaves laying around.

My impression is that this resourt is run by russians,so stuff is a bit ,,russian style friendly,, what means not most friendly in the world. Anyway this is not a big deal. Breakfast is nice but if stay more that 3 days it could start to be boring

great location. Hotel has a style. rooms are clean and comfortable. So happy we did not stay in Malaga center or Marbella center and found this place. If you rent a car its just minutes away from marbella center

The duvet on the bed was much too small for the bed (didn't even cover the mattress) and my husband got stung for a 250 euro massage as they used some 'special oil' but didn't tell him the price so I wouldn't recommend the spa as can get a good massage elsewhere for significantly better prices! The location is away from town which is ok if you are driving/getting taxi's but if you want something walkable it wouldn't work.

It is a beautiful setting and gorgeously decorated throughout, the spa facilities and pool are lovely as well as the takeaway food they serve on the premises.

Difficult to order Ubers and screaming kids by the pool. There is also only one person working reception, the bar etc so it's never easy to get a drink and you have to hunt him down 😂

The rooms are sooooooo clean I slept so well but the aircon is not very strong and the rooms are small burn they're so clean and new. The pool area is lovely and clean but needs some life and should be made adults only if it's supposed to be a relaxing spa experience. Breakfast was amazing

The pool bar wasn’t open, no snacks to purchase by the pool. Nothing to do other than sit by the pool. So good for using as a base, but not much else.

5 minute walk to the Starlite Marbella, very nicely decorated rooms, large, small hotel so there’s enough room for ever at the loungers by the pool. Parking easy. Lovely friendly cats that like to visit the pool area from the nearby clinic.

There was only one woman on reception that was also in charge of making drinks. I would suggest atleast 2 members of staff, one on reception and one outside around the bar area as I don’t believe just one member of staff is enough when a few people are checked into the hotel, especially in couples. Place was lovely but lacking facilities to make hot drinks, as a Brit I love a cup of tea but by the time of check in there was no resources to make one with fresh milk. Maybe to consider a little fridge with mugs available with a simple kettle in the reception area?

Really peaceful and tranquil hotel, really quiet and relaxing. Really beautiful scenery and hotel with an outstanding receptionist who dealt with everything on her own. Chef was also amazing and can really see the pride taken in his work.

There was nothing that I didn’t like as it is a great place to stay

The property is very well maintained, clean and finished to a high standard. It has incredible views of the mountains. Free parking on site.
