Air conditioning not working in the room

Life guard is extremely strict 0 kids in the pool and my went over and gently jumped in off the dude and we’re told no. I couldn’t believe it. I had to get the manager as it’s a kids resort they need to be able to play!!! I understand no diving even no floaties but not being able to jump in is absolutely ridiculous

Breakfast is fine, the dinner though could be better; too faded, not so appealing as an option to be taken.

Good place for the money, although being rather a 3 start hotel. Comfy and clean room, but not so soundproofed, I was easily hearing the neighbours from the other rooms.

Only thing bringing it down for us: Food for vegetarians was very limited especially for dinner, and what we really struggled with was there was no labels so we didn't know what things contained meat/fish and what didn't. Staff didn't tend to know so had to keep asking the chef. Canteen staff were a bit rude especially if you didn't want to buy any drinks with dinner.

Really great entertainment for kids and adults by the pool and in the evening. Rooms were nice and airy. Bar staff and reception staff were really lovely and welcoming. Pool area was great and chilled. Location was great as we walked to the beach, town and to the theme park.

what can be improved: - we were beginning of May and outside pool/sea is still cold and there were a couple of rainy days. However, indoor pool opening hours are only from 17.00 to 20.00. So, around 18.00 the entire hotel was unsuccessfully trying to fit into swimming pool. :) Why not to extend the hours...?

great value for money: - very good restaurant (To my experience - better than an average 4* in Spain) - good location - 10min to Port Aventura, 10 min to beach, plenty of parking spaces around - nice pools (indoor, outdoor)

No butter at breakfast just margarine which was white and horrible tasting and didn't even melt on hot toast. Shame as bread options were great. Poor lighting in room nothing on ceiling almost need a torch. Nowhere to hang coats in room. Gym equipment was in poor condition - broken bike seat, broken foot straps on bike and rower, couldn't get treadmill to work. Location is a walk to the seafront and town centre but only takes 15 mins.

Nice foyer, nice room and nice breakfast overall. Good pool area with plenty of loungers.

Indoor pool and tiny gym only open three hours a day. Everyone in it at the same time . 9 people in jacuzzi at the same time.

it was cold in the room, the air conditioner did not heat enough. The room and the bathroom was not cleaned well.

breakfast and dinner are ok.. you will surely find something to eat that you like. quite good location

If there at the weekend don’t expect to get an early night, there was loud music (even though we were on the 4th floor) from about 10-12pm. Drinks were quite expensive compared to most Spanish hotels.

Convenient stop off the motorway. Very large hotel, a bit impersonal. The weekend half board package is good value. All food is buffet, the breakfast was amazing. Ideal for theme park visits.

Staff go and beyond to help the guest. TOININ who work in breakfast and bar did spend 45- 60 Mt's to get us food when we reach there at 1 am on a Saturday.

Unfortunately on floor four we had a couple who fought non stop in their room despite security calling Loud man on balcony until 2.30am on our second night Can't understand why there is not a floor security check like previous hotels I've stayed in.quiet hours from 10.30 pm ect Despite we had a great time You can't always avoid these people

Spotless hotel, hard working lovely staff Had stayed many times when my children were small Could not believe Rosi in dining room remembered me charming lady, Also shout out to the fantastic Margarita who was so lovely and so nice to everyone Been vegetarian I'm limited but plenty of options Rooms redecorated nicely And plenty of space in them despite other reviews!short walk theme pk ideal for families Great show on one of the nights ,and it seemed plenty entertainment for the kiddies.

Nothing wrong with this hotel just it is located a good 15 minutes walk to the beachfront however this didn't bother us. It is though right next to Port Adventura if you want to visit there.

Fabulous 2 night stay wish we had been staying longer. Everything was good in the hotel, large comfortable room and excellent shower. Pool was lovely with plenty of loungers, great poolside bar with brilliant friendly staff. Also a sports bar to watch football etc. Everywhere very clean. Stayed half board and the food was really good with plenty of options. Plus drinks are all at reasonable prices. We had secure parking for our car which was all in an underground garage.
