The hotel is a party hotel and it was my fault for booking that area. Me and my groups of friends didn't get much sleep as you were right next to Veronica's strip. I think the hotel is also dated and needs a refurb to modernise its facilities and general appearance.

The staff are friendly and try their best to help you with your enquiries. The hotels is cleaned well and regularly but it is dated and their fixtures tired.

It was not very clean. Our mattress had some spots on it which I think it was blood spots. Also I saw two bugs crawling around. It was okey for 3 nights but they should replace or clean the mattress better. Beside that I could say that the hotel match the 3 star and the value quality -price is kind of fair.

The location is good because you have a lot of supermarkets near by and you can walk easy to beautiful areas with shops and restaurants.

Everything in this hotel is out of date (i mean old) the windows are not capacitors and because of that it can be noisy in the room. There is no extra plug to charge the phone had to unplug the tv to charge the phone or go to the bathroom. Couches in the lobby are old and it is hole in some of them.

The breakfast was good lot if things to choose from and fresh. The hotel is really clean and the staff who clean the rooms do that really well.

Noisy every night to 3am Having to wear a wristband the entirety of my trip Very ignorant lifeguard who called the police over a young autistic 8 yr old and his father was arrested but later released This man was so ignorant everyday Shortage of lifts Smell of weed every day Paid £90 for a side sea view and all we got was hotels from our balcony photos below

It was not quiet at night, caraoke bar was just across the street open till 2 maybe, but i was able to sleep. Furtinute in the room looks very used, curtains even worse. The pool area is very small for such hotel, but very nice beaches around- the closest that i loved Playa del Camisol.

Breakfast was good: a lot of to choose from, vegetables, fruits. We lived in 8th floor, so view was nice from the balcony. It was clean- towels were changed almost every day, bed linen once in 5 nights. Nice, big bathroom.

There were only 2 plug sockets. One in the bathroom and one under the tv. None by the bed! Doors to balcony are pretty old and don’t block out any sound from the clubs next door. If you are coming to party this wouldn’t affect you!

Good location, close to the beach and pubs. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had breakfast included and there were lots of tasty options. Really liked how they had a whole gluten free section. Rooms were cleaned everyday.

1. Wifi was terrible. 2. Beds had wheels, and it was two twins beds together for a couple. so it was sliding away every night. Why do you need wheels in bed? 3. No charging socket by the bed and one in the room. I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. 4. Reception sofas are in dire need of replacing

The staff wouldn't let us fill our water flasks at breakfast time from the water taps which we thought was a little unusual. Our hotel room was in Block B and on the ninth floor, the music from the neighbouring pubs and nightclubs were extremely loud every night. We asked to move but they didn't have availability initially so we stayed in the room but it was so loud that it felt like we were standing outside the pubs/nightclubs. There was no sound insulation.

The hotel itself was lovely, clean and the breakfast was very good.

Parking a bit complicated around the hotel. You have to pay for hotel parking since the free parkkng lots are always occupied. We were cold, thin blankets. When looked out the balcony, we saw many cigarette leftovers. Didnt make a good impression.

The real and big pain point was the neighbouring noise at evening/night times. It seems there are 3 clubes nest to each other and competing in terms of which is the loudest. Passing by there was almost no customer but the noise killed us even through the closed window. > Either talking to the clubs with authorities or/and double and tripple glassed windows at this building front might be an appropriate counter measure. Also a bit irritating was the light on our balkony that we could not switch off. That seems to be marketing as looking from outside all the balkonies were illuminated. But studies showed even a bit of light during night sleep can disturb a good recovery. > Maybe a button (to switch off when disturbing) could be a way of choice for your aware guests. Pool was a bit too crowded but water was not :D

The view was impressive. The group activity courses are really good. Breakfast was sufficient in terms of choices and almost too much on amount.

Noise from bars nearby. Ask for even room no. in Block A or odd room no. in block B. The noisiest rooms are on the outer edges.

The noise from the neighbouring bars was way louder than expected, we could hear the songs word for word from in our bedroom, balcony doors closed. There wasn’t a single plug socket In The bedroom for charging, just one in the bathroom.
