Foyer could have had tourists leaflets and map of town. There was no tea making facilities in room which was disappointment for 4 star hotel also had no English speaking chanel on tv

The bar menu needs to be reviewed. We would liked to have spent more in the bar but the choices were limited and no real basic tapa. A few olives and may be some simple pinchos. Staff were lovely though..

No handrail on stairs which could be a problem

Lovely comfortable beds, quiet room and food was also very good. Staff always helpful and cheerful, it was a superb stay with no complaints at all. Will return.

Fantastic staff who are highly professional and courteous. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained, in a great location in the heart of Peniscola. Wonderful views from the rooms, terrace and rooftop bar.

There is some noise in the evening coming from music at the adjacent Hotel Prado. This affected our room which looked out onto Hotel Prado. Closing the double glazed door to the balcony blocked much of the noise out. Also, the bathroom area is very small, and only has privacy glass to screen it. That said, it functions well and the shower is powerful. We didn't use the spa because it cost extra to use the jacuzzi / sauna. The standard rooms are on the small side, so I would consider upgrading to a more expensive room if I stayed again. I found the swimming pool water very cold, but I expect it would be warmer in mid summer.

The location could not be improved in any way. The hotel is right in the centre of the town and the beach is opposite. Everything is spotless. The staff are immaculately dressed and very professional. The views from the roof top bar are spectacular. The bar downstairs is a nice place to relax and the drinks are very reasonably priced. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner is plentiful and a good standard. The beds are large and very comfortable. The air con worked well.

Fantastic hotel with great views towards the Castillo de Peniscola. Very modern and fresh. The rooms with side views of the castle are compact, but very well designed with nice little balconies, looking towards the beach & the castle. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. They advised places to park and had change readily available for when the Telepark app failed to work. One very nice touch : the hotel noticed that one of us was celebrating a birthday during our stay and surprised us with a nice treat on the day. Very thoughtful.

When we booked there was a 3 day minimum and we only needed two days so I ended up paying for a night I couldn’t use.

Excellent location steps from the beach and town. Lovely pool. Clean comfortable modern rooms. Roof deck has great views.

Nothing was a dislike.

Modern clean and a great location. Really enjoyed the music on the rooftop patio in the evening. Breakfast buffet was nice and better than some of the prior reviews i read. Upgrade to a room on the front of the building for sea views from bed and evening views of the castle
