The only downside was our room was on the side and had another building close to us, unsure if anyone was there, so we kept our blackout blinds down for most of the time.

Happy with our stay here, close to the marina and metro station. 4 stops on the metro and you are more or less in the city centre. We pre booked our parking at a garage 10 mins walk away for 27euros for 2 nights. Good bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Lovely bar facing the marina (Baromar Lounge) and a fish restaurant on the other side of the road. The Turia gardens are less than half a mile away so you could walk through the park into Town.

The fact that the bathroom was on the lower level whilst the bedroom was upstairs was my only issue.

The property was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is close to buses and trains so it is easy to get to all the major points of interest. It is also an easy 15 minute walk to the beach where there is a large number of restaurants and bars. The people who manage the property were great to deal with, were readily available to help and very courteous. This is a very new property and is well maintained. I would highly recommend this place to stay at if you are visiting València.

This is really a wonderful place to stay. Everything is so new and modern and clean and comfortable. The mattress was fantastic. There is a Nespresso coffee station in the room with all the fixings and daily cake and crackers and fruit juice. There is daily cleaning and replenishing of supplies if you want them. And the two managers are just so helpful and easily available to answers questions and deal with any issues. Really, I don't think I"ve ever been so well taken care of in any hotel before. And it's all within walking distance of Valencia's Port area and neighbourhoods. Such a great way to see the Semana Santa Marinera in Valencia

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom at all times that never went away. Also, was napping when someone came to take the payment from me. Would be easier to just enable us to pay online before check in!

I loved the location and was walkable to many other places. There were great restaurants around, too, and there was a parking garage not far from the hotel itself. Great elevator, spacious terrace, great that they had a refrigerator and couch in the room.

Everything! It has great location, the owners are super helpful and attentive. The apartment was big enough for us and it is new, very clean and comfortable. Having 2 separated rooms when travelling with a child is just perfect. Also the value for money is great. I would 100% recommend it.

It's a bit far out from the center (but near the beach). On the expensive side as you just have the room and there are no facilities. There were no spare blankets, and we were cold the first night.

My wife and I stayed with our 5 month old son for 4 nights in Suites Puerto Valencia and we are glad we did. It is 45 mins by metro from the airport to the Maritim stop which is then a 5 min walk from the building. The staff gave excellent directions and were in regular contact before we arrived which was very helpful. We were given a ground floor suite which was very thoughtful considering we had our 5 month old with us! The suite was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The snack bar was well stocked and we had complimentary tea/coffee and soft drinks also. We had the option to have the room made up each day with fresh towels and snacks etc which was most appreciated. The building is located 10-15 mins walk from the beach which is lovely to visit in the morning and there is also the harbour. The city centre is easily accessible via metro, bus or we noticed a lot or people renting bikes but unfortunately this wasn't an option for us this time around. The staff are some of the best we've ever encountered on holiday. Always on hand via Whatsapp to help with our room or to recommend nice restaurants closeby or even to loan us an umbrella for a thunderstorm! Would highly recommend and look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful, brand new/remodeled, spotless, unique, free coffee, fridge, CENTRAL AIR(!), convenient location, elevator, super friendly/accommodating staff. Definitely recommend this hotel to any traveler. Lovely property - by far the best in all of Valencia.

Nothing negative or to complain about. It would nice to have ring bell at the entrance so we don’t need to go downstairs for picking food or so but it was not a big problem. Just as a recommendation.

Everything was great! Big and crystal clear rooms. Comfortable mattress, big shower. Friendly staff. Location good for those who want to be close to the beach and not at the city center.

I booked this property for 5 nights. After the first night, the door was broken and they couldn’t repair, so they told us to leave and contact booking.com for the refund but booking.com told us that we didn’t followed their rules and they don’t want to refund the money!
