Our room had only small windows so it was not very well lit. We saw a lovely terrasse but it was not open for breakfast. The poolside deck has a capacity of 4 people so, with only one room allowed to book the area at a time, we could only book it for 1 consecutive hour a day (the hotel was full and demand was high). This was a shame because we came to Spain to enjoy the sun. Perhaps it is worthwhile to open the terrace and to allow 2 rooms to enjoy the poolside deck at a time.

Beautiful, spotless hotel in a historic building and a quiet location. Staff was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed or asked for. Super large, comfortable beds and meticulously kept rooms.

Lived everything.

The friendliest and most helpful staff. Really nice hotel rooms for upgraded suites. Club room was so pretty. Tucked in behind the main shopping area without all the hustle.

The fact we had to leave!

Firstly the staff at this hotel are exceptional and need to know that throughout the world service and charm has become a limited commodity. Coupled with the most incredibly comfortable bed and linen, spotlessly clean bathroom and beautiful historic surroundings we cannot recommend this hotel if you are lucky enough to find yourself in Palma.

Very well presented boutique hotel, in a good location. Central enough to walk everywhere in Palma, but still a quiet area with nice breakfast and lunch places around. José on front desk was especially helpful. Great shower!

Wonderful location, excellent service from the professional staff and a beautiful building. We were on the third floor and as the picture shows, the windows are very small, so very light natural light. This was good because the room was quiet, cool and dark when sleeping. This hotel has five star service

In the future, it may be a good idea to add heat to the spa on the rooftop. She Jacuzzi was not temperature controlled. It was a good set up to have a nice bar and restaurant but there was no service that I was aware of. But the potential is great.

I have described everything essential. In no way did I have a negative impression of this great hotel. And my feeling about the cleanliness of a sauna or hot tub can be purely subjective

This is a great boutique hotel in the central area of ​​the city Palma. Even though I wanted to check in earlier, the staff at the reception were helpful. I got a penthouse apartment. According to the description, there should also have been a bidet, but it wasn't there. When I wanted to look at another room, they was showing me, but they weren't as sexy as this rooftop one. I'm not entirely sure about the cleanliness of the top hot tub on the roof of the hotel, which you always have to book. The same applies to the tiny spa with sauna, which is on the ground floor of the hotel. If someone was there before me, I'm not entirely sure if the cleaning service had time to prepare the spa or hot tub to be hygienic. Of course you always got clean towels or drinks. But I'm afraid that the cleaning of the hot tubs or the sauna was not completely perfect. Breakfast was fine, they made an omelette to order. You could definitely enjoy, for example, dragon fruit or Spanish specialties. Room cleaning was perfect. I really recommended. I hope I will return there soon. And just one thing: I pay for six nights in the main season €2250. I’m really expect about this servis must be for 100%. Always!

It would have been a 10/10 experience had we got the chance to dine in the restaurant, however it was closed during our stay.

Very clean, great service, lady who welcomed us was wonderful throughout the stay, very courteous and great at her job. Location is great. Breakfast is good and caters to different tastes, with meals being made to order as well as continental. Spa was wonderful as was rooftop section, nice to get drinks ordered there as well. Loved our stay and would defo be back xx

The Summum Prime is located in the old city so a short walk from all the historic sites. The staff were super friendly and the hotel was very chic. Really comfy beds too!
