TV - I love Spanish TV still showing old British TV series & love watching them when I’m back in the accommodation. However, although the room had lovely new smart TV in it, it just didn’t allow me to reset the language to the original language but fixed with Spanish. Shower - although the doors were cleverly made, the shower cubicle was way too small to be able to wash head to toe. Additionally, there were some stench coming out of the shower during my whole stay. Pillows - there’s only 1 very soft pillow comes with the room & it wasn’t very comfortable. No lift - I was lucky that my room was on the 1st floor, but without lift & going up & down with luggage isn’t very ideal.

Staffs - everyone was welcoming and did their best to help whenever the help was needed. Deco - nice, neat and modern. Bed was quite comfortable. Cleanliness - the room was very clean and felt everything was fairly new. Mini fridge with some drinks & nibbles - although it came with extra charge, it was nice to have especially when you travelled long to get there. Location - it’s not too close or not too far from the central area, it was just right.

Tiny, modern, cozy, super clean fragranced room with comfortable bed in the heart of Lloret de Mar. Few minutes by walk to the beach. Very friendly, helpful and nice staff. Definitely recommend for couple nights for young people. In high season is perfecto for this price. It looks that they getting better with another next review.

The walls were very thin and could hear the breath of the other person! Also parking is provided but it’s really expensive, which was very irrelevant!

The sewage smell from the bathroom was incredibly strong and disgusting. It didn’t seem like they did anything to try to combat it (better ventilation, scented air fresheners, etc).

The room was a bit small in size but still it provided everything that was needed.

This was a nice place to stay in Lloret de Mar. The lady at the reception desk was very kind, gentle and informative during all my stay here. The bed in room was a comfortable one and the toilet was clean and neat. Besides that the location of the place was very good- not far from the beach yet far enough from all the buzzle in the city center. The parking place that was provided was excellent.

Would be great if Kettle would be provided with tea and coffee, no lift. If you are given the 2nd floor, it is a bit challenging to get it up, as the staircase bit narrow. Small quite small.

Very clean, staff very polite. Very good bed, intelligent TV, upgraded shower room in city centre close to the sea. Small bar with cheap beer and soft drinks are available and some snacks.

The standard double room was very small as was the bathroom, but as we were only staying for a few nights it was fine. If I were staying longer and in the summer, I would have booked a room with balcony.

Can't fault the cleanliness of the room. The beds were extremely comfortable and, being February, it was nice to have a quilt instead of heavy wool blankets. The stocked fridge came in handy as we arrived at midnight and couldn't find anywhere open for food. Although it was only nuts, drinks and chocolate it was welcome and the cost comes off your deposit when you leave.

Very tiny bathroom. Inconsistent presence of reception staff. 100 euro deposit to leave at the beginning of the stay. Room was very cold during night, with heating set at 20 degrees and no possibility to change. No hairdriers.

The air conditioning was not working and was spitting out heat whenever I tried to use it. It was broken and they were waiting for someone to come fix.

Parking is extremely limited in the area, we had to use the hotels' garage at 20€ per day, which is very expensive. But a problem of the town.

I was refused a 2nd bedcover and told to turn up the heat if I was cold. This was at odds with the card in the room with suggestions regarding used towels to save energy. Also, the heating was noisy, preventing good sleep. Having left towels on the floor, as prompted buy the room card, they were not changed at all during my 3 night stay. Bad sound insulation between the rooms. Even low tv audible.

Super location. The room was really clean. the staff were friendly and helpful, as much as they could be.

- As I arrived there was an undergoing construction work - powertools going off throughout the entire day. Was lied to that it is an emrgency fix - I knew it was a lie - stripping the floors is not an "emergency fix" - after little over a week of that noise was actually updated by a new staffer that it was in fact planned - I guess boss failed to update him to lie to the guests... They refused to refund me for those days, so I basically paid to stay at a busy construction site. Many other hotels also were undergoing some works - NONE of them was open to guests... - Am still waiting for my 100EUR deposit back - it's been over 2 weeks now... I'm waiting 2 more weeks before reporting a fraud with the police. ALL REFUNDS TAKE 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS IN MY BANK, there wasn't a single instance of the refund taking more than 2 working days and they claim there is a problem with my bank... - Water pressure is EXTREMELY low... If you turn the shower head upside down water goes only few centimeters upward... Taikng a shower feels like someone is pissing on you... - You need to wait anything between 2 and 10 minutes for hot water to appear! - Place has paper-thick walls and it is extremely noisy - 1 pair next door was physically fighting, man wouldn't allow the woman to leave the room - have witnessed that with my own eyes and called the police. Even slightest sound carries and there were tremors and thuds 24/7 + powertools and hammers during the business days. - Initially got a room near some machinery behind the paperthin wall - it was making a lot of noise during the night. Got switched but the fact is they should insulate that room or not rent it. Staffer came by and admitted it was noisy. - The AC doesn't work well - the vent is only in the room so the bathroom will always be significantly colder. Also it never reaches the set temperature, it was always 2-3 degrees off!

Excellent room with private bathroom, brand new, the location is very good, both for the location, beach a few minutes away, restaurants, etc. The staff is lovely, all very friendly and close, willing to help you with any questions. The room has a small refrigerator, a small balcony and central air conditioning. The doors have a code, which is an advantage to go to the beach with nothing, other than your towel and umbrella. Top recommendations!
