It was advertised as having a bar but this was not open during our stay. Just a small thing but would have been nice to have something by the pool.

The apartments exceeded all expectations! We had amazing ocean view. Location is great, with 2 cleanest beaches nearby, and nice Italian restaurant just around the corner. The apartments were equipped with everything we needed. Pools at the property were kept crystal clean with safe guard presented at working hours. All in all, highly recommended!

Nothing everything was perfect

Everything - the location was excellent, near the beach and close to our favourite pubs and restaurants. The apartment was immaculate and very modern/updated and very well equipped, on top of that we had a lovely large balcony, beautiful swimming pool and we liked the private gated entrance so it felt very safe. Staff (Roberto) was very friendly and efficient, we will definitely be coming back next year and have highly recommended these apartments to our friends best we've ever stayed in

We stayed mid September 2023, we have visited tenerife many times and this honestly was the best apartment that we have managed to find in Las Americas. We arrived late due to a delayed flight but the information provided about locating your room and accessing the complex was clear and easy to follow. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and spacious and provided everything you needed in the kitchen, nice size TV, comfy bed and a good size balcony with sun beds and a table. The complex is kept clean and tidy, plenty of space around the pool and a good size pool to have a quick swim in. It was a nice and relaxing stay and I would certainly visit Tenerife Royal gardens again.

First I like to thank Roberto and his team. They do an amazing job. I had a slight problem which was fixed within one hour. Thank you for the shower mat as well. The apartment was nice and clean. As I was staying 20 nights they changed the bed linen and the towels once a week. They were enough bath and kitchen towels during the week. I liked the washing machine and clothes rack. The location is perfect. Close to Camison and Las Vistas Beach. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and cafes in the area. I visited the pastry shop and heladeria (great ice cream) at Vista Sur at least once a day. I had a great time.

We absolutely loved the place! But most importantly, it was exactly as described and showed on the pictures,no ambiguities and misunderstandings. Staff are very kind and ready to help, internet connection very strong and one of the nicest beaches just in front of the place. We will definitely come back!

Perfect location. Right by our favourite beach. Swimming pool was great not too cold. We loved the spacious balcony - it had room for two sun beds and 3 people eating really spacious. Staff were super friendly. Recommend

My experience in Tenerife Royal Garden was amazing. First of all the whole staff were very friendly and nice and welcomed us helping with all the instructions needed for the key. We were given one of the main apartments with a front view of the pool and the sea. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. Having the best accomodation, we felt like home. Will deffinitely come back again or recommend it to other friends.

We stayed for 2 weeks with one year old. Studio apartment we had all we needed. The balcony was very spacious with ocean view. The location was excellent. Very beautiful pool area with plants, very clean and nice. The area was quite calm at nights and we felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.
