I can't really fault anything.

The room was excellent and the chocolate and soda cans was a very nice touch. The room was clean and the body wash and lotion were excellent. Laura was so friendly as well as the one who checked us in. We had some issues but she and the team straight away fixed it and offered us perks that we were very pleased with. The location is not in the city centre however you can get a 24hour bus ticket and take the buses back and forth from the hotel and the buses are super convenient. There is a great restaurant at the hotel and the staff are so friendly! You can even do your laundry for free!

It was a bit warm inside, of course it had aircon but did not want to use it. In the bathroom would be useful to have a cupboard sink or something as there is no place where to place your belongings and for women this is quite inconvenient. It is far from the city centre but luckily well connected. Nothing else to complain of.

Very new and modern place, very cool made for young adults. The room is not very big, average size but is comfortable, it has a comfortable bed and pillows, definitely liked the design and details. We appreciated it had a seating space. We did not use but could see they had coworking space and community activities like yoga for exemple which I found really nice.

Great place to stay in San Sebastian. 20 minutes walk to the city center, along a beautiful river and promenade. Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, and room with all utilities you might need. Secure parking in the garage, which you pay additionally. Value for money is great.

Such a friendly and relaxed place to stay. The staff are lovely and so helpful, it's all brand new, super clean and comfortable, and great value for money. It's not right in the centre of town but this isn't an issue at all as you can walk there in half an hour or take a very easy ten minute bus trip. There are bikes for hire, a laundry room, gym etc.

Check in experience was not great, staff at the counter were asking for full address details which we were not able to provide, such as post code, as we live abroad and do not have the same standard addresses as in Spain- they were treating us like we didn't want to provide those. Also, they were quite strict with the check in time, we had to wait in the lobby for a while. First impression not great, to be honest. Hotel is located in the outskirts of the city, 40 min walk to the centre

Without a doubt one of the best hotels to stay in San Sebastian. The staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean, and great value for money. The location however, is a minus as the hotel is quite far from the old town or city centre. It takes 20-25 mins by bus from old town.

Pool ans gym are not yet ready/available. The hotel did offer a voucher for a nearby gym, but I feel it is misleading to advertise these facilities if not available as I picked this hotel using a swimming pool filter on booking

Oh, what a nice place with great value for money! Comfy rooms that come with some nice extras like top-notch bath products and a little travel drip coffee setup. The whole interior is a modern design haven, making it such a lovely place to hang out. And if you're feeling too worn out to go out, the hotel restaurant is actually pretty decent, giving you another option for dining. It's a little bit outside the city center, but there are several bus stops nearby.

The location is about a 25-30 mins walk to the old town which is where we wanted to spend our time, and we were only there for two days so we got taxis instead but they were so quick to order from reception and so cheap (8-10 euros) that it wasn’t even an issue. The fact we were a bit outside of the centre meant it was nice and quiet in the evenings. I also wish we got there when the pool and gym were ready, but it just means we’ll have to go back in the summer!

The property was brand new and absolutely spotless. With great shared spaces for relaxing outside of our hotel room. It was located quite conveniently for getting taxis to and from the old town and bus stations. The staff were also extremely helpful, our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so we had a complimentary drink at the bar and Najib in particular was so helpful with local knowledge and tips!

I couldn’t get a good signal on my phone, it may of been me but the WiFi in my room was very slow. Looking at other reviews they had great WiFi so I’m not sure.

Great staff especially in bar/restaurant the reception staff extremely friendly always there to help. Good food. Parking was great. Cool modern hotel, great foot people on business.
