As said, 2 of the staff, both ladies were quite rude to us. Food was your average run of the mill buffet style, but, some was edible enough,so we were able to fill ourselves e ough.

Staff were really nice and helpful, with the exception of 2 members of staff. As our trip was centred around portaventura theme park, the hotel was an ideal location for us.

The lack of bar staff at night/ no pool service during the day considering it’s a (4*) hotel you had to go the bar to order and was one stage on a Q for 25 mins

Kids club should have a door that children can’t come out without parents. I left my daughter there and after 20 min she followed me in the room on 5th floor, luckily I was in the room. I was shocked since I had signed her in and noted that she can’t go out alone.

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Mark at the reception assisted in booking the park tickets as it was in Spanish . The food was delicious not to mention the hotel location is ideal; 10 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to PortAventura World and Ferrari land which we toured. The room was spacious and cleanliness is top notch. I got surprise bottle of champagne when I came back to the room and that just crowned my birthday. We had a fabulous holiday and stay at Ohtel villa Romana

Sun longers was a battle and lack of sun umbrellas. Pool was so so slippy

A lot of pork on the menu. Lack of English with the kitchen staff. On our last morning we booked early breakfast as we needed to get to the airport, I thought we would have the option of a hot breakfast but when we got to the restaurant there was no one around we had to call out to get someone’s attention, the kitchen staff acted like we shouldn’t haven been there and we we were told we couldn’t have hot food. Again no one had English so communicated wasn’t great and staff weren’t helpful.

Hotel is in a great location very central, walking distance to Port Adventura and beach. Hotel facilities were clean, rooms were made up every day with fresh towels. Food was nice, food in the buffet lacked description especially if you have allergies to certain food or if don’t eat pork and there was a lot of pork on the menu or in dishes. Also food in the buffet you could get bored of if you were there longer than a week as it was repetitive. Staff were mostly friendly with the exception for a few who came across as rude and not very helpful. Entertainment staff were amazing they were so much fun and my daughter loved the kids club. Evening show was great fun but again repetitive so could get a bit boring. Staff at front desk had great English’s but other staff especially in the restaurant severely lacked English.

Only thing I didn't enjoy too much was the lunch and dinner selection there was plenty of side dishes (chips potatoes veggies) but not a lot in the means of a main meal other then pork and fish and tiny slices of pizza, I feel it could do with a chicken dishes (Fajitas, Chicken Kiev's, Chicken goujons etc.) Also drinks are not included in lunch and dinner (Breakfast have plenty of juices and hot drinks) I feel it could benefit with having some water available rather then having to buy a drink everyday.

The room was roomy and comfortable it was helpful having a fridge to keep drinks cool in and the air con was decent and good at keeping us cool at night. The shower was okay it could have a better shower head but it did the job.

Great location, very central, lovely clean hotel, nice helpful staff, great facilities. Food was buffet style, catered for all nationalities and very plentiful. Rooms cleaned daily and bed sheets/towels changed daily. Good sized rooms and balconies

Whilst the staff were excellent, at times there weren’t enough scheduled at the poolside bar and restaurant to handle the number of people - more staff at peak times would help this.

Loved the food with lots of selection and always very fresh. The staff were friendly and hospitable with lots of activities around the pool for kids. The hotel is really well located close to the beach and theme parks - very accessible from Reus Airport too only 15 mins drive.
