The room door didn't close properly at times (acknowledged by the front desk staff at least so we knew to check the door properly before going out) .

I liked the high ceilings in the room and the pool. The breakfast was pretty decent.

The breakfast was very good - nice selection. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Old Town, but that suited us fine. Free tea and coffee available 24/7 in reception which was appreciated. Free soft drinks in the mini-bar which was a pleasant surprise. Rooms very clean and large bathroom. The swimming pool area was very nice.

A really modern hotel with fantastic modern facilities. Great reception area with unlimited coffee etc. Friendly staff always present Room was spacious,clean, with windows to open . Shower unit was fabulous as you would expect in a modern enterprise. We could not fault the hotel or room. Complementary unlimited water and soft drinks in room. Safe.

It's a bit far from the center so one would either walk 20 mins approx or else grab a taxi (around 10 EUR). Also the beds are not the most comfortable we had. Not too bad, but could be better.

This is a lovely boutique hotel with many plus points starting with the staff and the beautiful interiors. Apart from the nice big rooms, and great bathroom / shower we loved the pool area (not used) and the breakfast lounge areas. The spacious and comfortable garage is for sure a plus.

The breakfast room is quite small so had to wait for a table most days. Sadly wasn’t the weather to sit on the tables outside.

Property was in a good location for us. Was a 10-15 minute walk into the lively old town and you walk through an area called Gros which is much less busy and cheaper than the old town. Definitely worth a look.

It was very clean & quiet, amazing bed, nice shower, steam-free bathroom mirror, coffee and tea in the lobby, friendly and helpful staff, parking in the garage was so nice, dinner recommendation was so good, it was a wonderful place to rest before continuing our travels. We really appreciated the extra details that added to our comfort and would love to come back for longer next time.

10-15min from the center, but honestly totally worth it. (Pool and breakfast not tried).

Short distance from main areas, which could be advantageous for most. Not a con. Pool terrace was closed due to season.

The staff were amazingly helpful, even when I inadvertently moved into the wrong room next door. They simply 'shuffled the pack' and we remained in the same room. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast had an excellent array of goodies to serve any requirement and this including eggs and bacon. Free mini bar in the room and free coffee in the reception/lounge area. The location was slightly out of town but served by a myriad of buses, so it was very convenient. Excellent spacious garage parking. We will definitely book this wonderful hotel if we return to San Sebastian

The secure parking cost 24 Euros per night which I think is a little excessive, as just about everywhere else we had paid approx 12 Euros.

A spotlessly clean, quiet, spacious room in a boutique hotel which is located within 10/15 minutes walk of the old town, promenade and beach. A good breakfast was included in the price and tea/ coffee was available for free in the lobby. Secure parking was available to park our car which had expensive bikes on the back. We arrived earlier than expected but the welcoming, helpful receptionist allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated.
