If you stay there not to take early flight purpose or do not drive, the location is a bit not efficient. The nearest bus stops (to go to train stations nearby) are 10-15 minutes walking (with 4-year child). The nearest shop is a big shopping mall, but 20 minutes walking. On the 1st night we stayed, there were group of girl students. They were noisy until late night.

Very sophisticated, but more cost-effective than other hotels near Vantaa Airport and/or Helsinki City. There are shuttle buses to Vantaa Airort from early morning to late night. It was so convenient. The sauna at the grand floor made me relaxing a lot. As our family was totally disappointed with other Scandic hotel last year, we did not expect a lot. But this Vantaa experience gives us better impression about Scandic hotels.

The room was on the smaller side for 4 people, but it is fairly small even if we were two. There was a number of little things that did not work properly but could have been easily fixed with proper maintenance: we had to change the room because the safe was locked out and could not be used, in the next room safe batteries were incomplete and had to be installed by the staff, lockers in the sauna could not be locked (broken or run out of batteries), the shower door isolation and furniture covers were loose, a Chromecast device was attached to the TV (which would permitting casting anything one wants from the phone), but the TV was locked out from using other HDMI ports etc

Easily reachable, friendly and forthcoming staff, good variety for the breakfast, a large shop at reception, plenty of parking which is reasonably priced.

While location is good, you still need to have ground transportation. I took the shuttle bus which was unnecessarily slow. I wish the sink was draining better, at times it seemed like water was not flowing at all. This needs to be fixed.

Location is good, very suitable after a long trip. The facility is OK. The hotel provides comfortable accommodations at a reasonable budget.

Our only complaint was our room was too hot and quickly the staff fixed that for us so all in all a great stay !

Location exc , 5 minutes from the airport and includes a free shuttle . Breakfast was delicious, amazing buffet with lots of options. Staff were very helpful . The amenities were nice ( the pool too cold for a non Nordic) The room was a good size, pillows and duvets were very nice .

We have to get hot water at the hallway, as there is no kettle in the rooms. But this is not a big problem for us.

Very dry air in the room due to the AC / heating system. As bad as in most hotels to be fair. Here it is not possible to open the window for ventilation at all, not even few cm.

Free transportation from/to airport, extremely clean and cozy room (family room with 4 single beds), excellent breakfast. Staff of the restaurant went out of their way to help us and serve dinner even after closing hours when our flight was delayed.

The free airport shuttle is very convenient. The breakfast is served very early, or you can register a breakfast box at the reception. There are hot water dispensers and microwaves in the public areas. The sauna area is comfortable and clean. The family room design is simple, new and clean. The check-in line was long, but the reception staff were always patient, smiling and friendly. Special thanks to the lady with short straight hair for taking the time to go to the 6th floor to help with the extra bed issue in the room. Due to environmental protection, tea, coffee and tea cups are not provided in the room. You can borrow teacups from the lobby restaurant to your room. But we are used to bringing our own tea, so it does not affect the wonderful stay experience.

-very warm rooms! We had problems to adjust the heating - some of the staff not so much available or not noticing guests - In our opinion and I have heard also others that breakfast, as in many other hotels, should be until 10 am

Saunas are separate for Men and Women, though I think this is common for hotels in Finland. Shower area could be better with more light.

Free shuttle service from airport to hotel & vice versa. There is an early breakfast from 0400+. Private Sauna is available with a fee, but needs to be booked in advanced. Room has two chairs, which could be helpful if both of you are working in the room. There is a microwave in the hall that you can use.

The hotel provides free shuttle bus to the airport. I asked at the reception should we book the slot for it, but I was told that I should only be at the stop by time of bus arrival. So did I and when the bus arrived, driver just said: "The bus is full, wait for the next one for 30 minutes" and left, although it was clear that we could fit on the bus, but standing. 30 minutes could be crucial in terms of getting to the airport, it's great that we had enough time and were aware of the public transport near by. So I will suggest to adopt the bus schedule to the number of flights or just make it more often, another option could be booking the slot.

I really enjoy this hotel, we stayed in it for the second time. Very nice, comfort and clean rooms. I adore wake up there, because the room has big windows and is full of light in the morning. There are more then enough space. Very good breakfast with great variety of dishes. I definitely will stay here again.
